Deborah Hamilton

Over the past 12 years, Deborah has lived in Tanzania, East Africa and now the Bay Area California, following a career in the NHS. She has carried out a number of assignments for the Department of International Development and other non-Governmental organisations in East Africa. She now concentrates on the sharing of good practice between US and UK healthcare providers, and leads on organizing our UK and international educational exchange programme.

Fiona D'Arcy

Fiona is an experienced consultant, facilitator and coach who has led strategic leadership, talent development and organisation development projects both in the UK and internationally; from initial understanding through to ideation, design, delivery and evaluation. She has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors and clients include; RSA, Hitachi, KPMG, Allied Irish Bank, Kimberly Clarke, British Airways, MyLawyer, various Central Government Departments and NHS organisations. She develops leadership within the themes of compassion, engagement, resilience, innovation and authenticity, and works with a specific psychological understanding to support people to access their talents and innate resilience. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, completed her masters in People and Organisation Development with Roffey Park and delivers transformational solutions with impact. One of her leadership programmes was awarded the CIPD Learning Award for developing top talent, and another client achieved the highest positive shift in engagement scores ever recorded by Gallop in Europe. She is passionate about enabling individuals to maximise their achievements and reach their full potential and enjoys working in partnership to unleash innovative, fun, fast moving, informal and authentic work cultures, where delivering something exceptional drives individual and team performance.

Krystyna Ruszkiewicz

Krystyna Ruszkiewicz One of the original co-founders of SPACE-4, I have stepped down as a Director and am currently unavailable for consultancy or coaching assignments. I remain a part owner of the company. Specialisms My consulting style is predominantly relational which leads me to work with individuals and teams to jointly create innovative interventions and transformation on an individual, group or organisation wide basis. I draw on an interest in complexity theory and appreciative inquiry, as well as a strong yoga practice to improve innovation and engagement but without loss of outcome and accountability. My expertise is in working with clients to facilitate high engagement strengths based strategy formation and change. I am an experienced and accredited coach, mentor and workplace mediator; I have an MSc in Organisational Consulting and am accredited for the use of a range of psychometric tools. My first degree is in Italian Language and Literature, I am a registered yoga teacher, have a level 4 certificate in Integrating Mindfulness and Compassion in Professional Practice and am a trained workplace mediator.

Lesley Stephen

Lesley is an experienced Board level director, having held posts in two of London's biggest teaching trusts (AHSC's), at a DGH, health authority, and a large mental health trust. She has been a director of operations, performance, strategy and planning, and information management and recently used this breadth of experience as an NHSI appointed Director of Improvement working with a Trust in quality special measures to improve service delivery for patients, and to alleviate some of the frustrations for staff. She has combined her operational management experience with her accountancy background to work as a Director of financial improvement at a Trust in financial special measures to develop and deliver a sustainable Cost Improvement Programme without relinquishing the drive for improvements to the quality of care, which are the heart of good healthcare systems. Lesley worked with the Audit Commission in both financial audit (she is a qualified accountant) and at national level to develop service review methodologies, which ingrained in Lesley the importance of understanding and using evidence based practice. Lesley also enjoyed the politics of working in a London Strategic Health Authority as Director of Performance, helping to bridge the ‘gap' between policy development and operational implementation.

Mo Vontz

Mo consults, coaches, teaches and researches in the fields of organisational change, leadership, strategy and gender. Skilled in executive facilitation and coaching, leadership development design and delivery, strategy execution, organisational transformation, and academic programme design, she has worked on all facets of organisational development and transformation in the complex environments of a diverse portfolio of clients in the UK, EMEA and US. She has designed and delivered tailored leadership development initiatives for corporate and non-profit clients, e.g. NHS, CQC, to support talent management, team development, succession planning, board readiness and organisational transformation. With a passion for advancing inclusive leadership, she works from a deep appreciation of how context and culture intertwine with organisational purpose and practices to improve organisational performance and invite diversity and inclusion. As a Managing Director at DukeCE, she led a portfolio of global business, designing and delivering end-to-end customised leadership development programs in Europe, South American and Asia and developing thought-leadership in the areas of gender, diversity, inclusion and leadership. Prior to DukeCE, she was an independent management consultant and executive coach to global clients, a client director and faculty at Ashridge Business School, and a business leader at Microsoft, Oracle, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and KPMG.

Sarah Warner

Following 18 years in the Defence, Aerospace & Security industry in various demanding managerial roles supporting senior business leadership, management and governance, Sarah had been working as a Business Psychologist since 2013. Her professional interests include the enhancement of individual and team performance, development and well-being. As a coach, she draws on positive psychological theories and techniques to help identify and explore diverse workplace issues such as personality traits and behaviours, beliefs and values, work and non-work life conflict, resources and relationships, with a view to investigating options, solutions and actions for positive, sustained change. She has an MSc in Organisational Psychology from City University London, together with various coaching qualifications, and is accredited for the use of a range of psychometric tools for ability and personality testing and assessment, including MBTI. Her current interests include the well-being of high potential performers, particularly mindfulness (being in the moment, paying full attention without judgement) and resilience (bouncing back and beyond from changes and challenges), two mental skills that can be "trained in" to protect and sustain mental health. As well as increasingly incorporating these skills into coaching sessions, she is currently designing and delivering mindfulness and resilience workshops for various teams to help to raise awareness and share practice of these skills, increasing team support and success.
