Kate's clients and their needs are always put first. Kate specialises in more complex self employed and specialist buy to let cases.

Khloe works in the sales progression team, and she works closely with our clients and the lenders providing them with documents and information to ensure our clients mortgage offers are issued ASAP. Khloe's specialist area is working with customers who have buy to let portfolios and managing and updating their information so that we always have their portfolios up to date, which means the lenders and the team at RMA can process their cases quicker and more efficiently.

Lauren Hood

Lauren will be your first point of contact when you book an appointment. She looks after the diary and manages all the emails and WhatsApp messages that come through to RMA, and ensures all the meetings are set up correctly, and our customers have all the information they need about the appointment. Lauren is a trainee administrator and is taking on more responsibility as she progresses in her role.

Lisa is our customer service specialist. She contacts all of our clients after completion to discuss how they found the process of obtaining a mortgage through RMA and welcomes any feedback about how we can better our service and process. Lisa also manages mortgage renewals - so will be in touch with you to remind you when your mortgage is due to be renewed and will book a review appointment with one of our advisors.

Louise is one of our most experienced mortgage brokers and has been working within an estate agency as their in house advisor for the last 15 years. Prior to this Louse also has experience working directly for a lender as an underwriter so she really does have a lot of knowledge from a client and lender perspective. Louise advises out of our Birmingham office and works very closely with Smart Homes estate agents in Shirley, supporting their buyers and sellers.
