Chris at Social For Brokers, supports Redditch Mortgage Advice with all of their marketing, design and branding work.
Chris works very closely with the team here and ensures that their branding, website and social media is always up to date and consistent.
Claire splits her time between our Birmingham and Redditch offices supporting the brokers in case submission, case management, compliance, and packaging.
Previous experience in the home moving industry has provided her with a strong foundation for helping our clients make their dreams of home ownership a reality.
Jane will progress our customers applications to achieve an ‘OFFER' status within the quickest time possible, and to follow on communication with solicitors and other parties involved in your transaction to make sure your case completes.
Jemma is qualified by the Chartered Institute of Insurance & has spent over 13 years training financial advisers in relation to personal & business protection.
She is passionate about helping people protect the things they love & committed to fining the right solution for each individual client.
Relationships and personal service are really important to Jemma, this combined with an expert knowledge of her industry, means her clients are given the very best attention.

Kate is the founder and owner of Redditch Mortgage Advice and has been a mortgage broker in Redditch for 14 years. Over this time she has built strong relationships with all of her clients, solicitors and estate agents.
Her mortgage knowledge is second to none, and she is very passionate about her clients and making sure that they always have a positive experience in their dealings with us. Kate's clients and their needs are always put first.
Kate specialises in more complex self employed and specialist buy to let cases.

Kelly prides herself on going the extra mile to make the home buying process for her client's as stress free and smooth as possible. Kelly is able to visit you in the comfort of your home.

Khloe works in the sales progression team, and she works closely with our clients and the lenders providing them with documents and information to ensure our clients mortgage offers are issued ASAP.
Khloe's specialist area is working with customers who have buy to let portfolios and managing and updating their information so that we always have their portfolios up to date, which means the lenders and the team at RMA can process their cases quicker and more efficiently.

Lauren will be your first point of contact when you book an appointment. She looks after the diary and manages all the emails and WhatsApp messages that come through to RMA, and ensures all the meetings are set up correctly, and our customers have all the information they need about the appointment.
Lauren is a trainee administrator and is taking on more responsibility as she progresses in her role.

Lisa is our customer service specialist. She contacts all of our clients after completion to discuss how they found the process of obtaining a mortgage through RMA and welcomes any feedback about how we can better our service and process.
Lisa also manages mortgage renewals - so will be in touch with you to remind you when your mortgage is due to be renewed and will book a review appointment with one of our advisors.

Louise is one of our most experienced mortgage brokers and has been working within an estate agency as their in house advisor for the last 15 years.
Prior to this Louse also has experience working directly for a lender as an underwriter so she really does have a lot of knowledge from a client and lender perspective.
Louise advises out of our Birmingham office and works very closely with Smart Homes estate agents in Shirley, supporting their buyers and sellers.
Nicola has 25 years' experience as a mortgage and protection administrator. Nicola helps clients set up their life insurance and home insurance policies.
Nicola is also involved with the progression of our re-mortgages cases and will help our clients complete and chase all of the legal work so that they complete when they are meant to.
Sam and our director Kate started their careers in the property industry together over 15 years ago.
Yasmin oversees our after sales team who will progress applications to achieve an ‘OFFER' status within the quickest time possible, and to follow on communication with solicitors and other parties involved in your transaction to make sure your case completes.
She will guide you through the legal process and is always on hand to assist with paperwork and signing of documents. She has built very important relationships with many solicitors, and cares very much about our clients getting the best service possible.
