Aled is the Operations Director at Niche and the Head of Niche Private Clients, advising high net worth clients, including executives and entrepreneurs pre and post-retirement.
Bradley joined Niche in 2017 as a Paraplanner. His earlier years were spent studying for an HND in Accounting at the University of South Wales, graduating in 2014. After graduating, he went on to work for the Citizens Advice Bureau, gaining and developing his essential skills in administration alongside accounting.
With such experience under his belt, Bradley joined us at Niche with the aim of building his experience and knowledge in the financial sector.
With the continued growth of Niche IFA, Bradley has now taken on the role of Financial Administrator and hopes to develop his skills further to become a Financial Controller and then Financial Director.
Outside of the 9 to 5 hours, Bradley enjoys badminton, running several social clubs, and keeping up with the latest technology.

HND (Dip) Accounting
Chloe graduated from the University of Gloucestershire with a BA (Hons) in Religion, Philosophy and Ethics which then saw her move onto working at Capita, dealing with Pensions and Life Assurance. This developed her interest in the industry, leading her to make a change and join us as a paraplanner.
She is progressing to becoming a qualified paraplanner and chose to join Niche in 2018 to gain further industry knowledge and experience.
Chloe is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our Investment Committee, and manages the Niche Platform (powered by Hubwise Securities Ltd).
Originally from Newport, Chloe is an avid reader and aspires to travel the world.

BA (Hons) Religion, Philosophy and Ethics
Following his completion of a BSc in Accounting at Cardiff University, Chris went on to work for Lloyds Banking Group where he remained for just under six years. During this time, he completed his Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice independently with the LIBF. Once qualified, Chris made the decision to look for a paraplanning role and joined the Niche team in 2018.
Chris is now one of our Senior Paraplanners and jointly heads up the Paraplanning Team.
Outside of the office, Chris is an avid football fan and plays a couple of games a week as well as attending as many Manchester United matches as he can. He is the proud father of his son Harry, with whom he spends the remainder of his free time.

Dee joined Niche in 2017 as part of her BSc (Hons) degree in Financial Planning, Investment & Risk at the University of South Wales. Having first linked up with Niche as part of our Next Generation Training Scheme, Dee instantly felt at home and excelled in her initial 3-month placement.
Dee continued to build on her knowledge of the financial planning process, both through her degree and in her day-to-day role as Financial Administrator at Niche. In addition to her daily duties, she is a senior Wellbeing Champion and supports the company's Your Niche programme, which delivers wellbeing support and benefits to colleagues.
As part of that work, she played an active role in community and charity initiatives, such as the company's 2019 Monmouthshire Three Peaks challenge, in aid of Ty Hafan. Outside of the office, Dee enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.

Joel joined Niche in 2015 as a paraplanner and has since progressed to the level of Senior Paraplanner. A graduate of the University of South Wales, he has since gained significant experience within the financial services industry.
As a result of his undergraduate studies in BSc Finance and Investment, Joel implements an ethical approach to how he operates. Such an outlook has therefore enabled him to play an important role within the company, and the additional qualities he brings to the table - such as his fluency in Welsh - means he is a true asset for Niche.
Outside of the office, Joel is both a keen tennis player and a fully qualified tennis coach.

Joseph joined the Niche team in 2015 after finishing his MSc Finance and Investment degree. Having already gained a 2:1 undergraduate degree in BA (Hons) Marketing, he decided to combine his interests by entering into a marketing role within the financial services industry.
Joseph is Marketing Manager for Niche is a vital part of day-to-day operations. His aim is to improve our existing clients' experiences, while also driving up business for the company.

Lewis joined Niche in 2019 after graduating with a Bsc (Hons) in Business Management from Swansea University, with a focus on finance and investment. Lewis is keen to develop his knowledge of financial advice, and is well on his way to obtaining relevant professional qualifications.
In his spare time, Lewis enjoys keeping fit by playing football with friends and regularly takes surfing and snowboarding trips abroad. Lewis also completed the Cardiff Half Marathon in October, raising money for the Lucy Ellis Foundation.

Matt is Niche's Managing Director, having joined the company in June 2009 as a Paraplanner. Since then, he has helped guide Niche to where it is today and plays a leading role in the advice process. He led the employee ownership purchase of Niche in May 2019 becoming Niche's Managing Director and seeing the firm pass into our staffs hands.
Ray is the Founder of Niche, a Chartered Financial Planner and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society.
