Andrew Juden - COO, Founder

Andrew Juden is the Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of the 5th Meridian Group, Andrew attended High School in Sikeston, MO, and college at the Community College of the Air Force. He served in the US Air Force for 13 years with numerous deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan as a Load Master on the C-5 Galaxy. Andrew started his Public Safety career in 2000 and currently works as a fire department supervisor in a municipal department. He is currently certified as a Missouri State Fire Inspector, Investigator, Instructor, Emergency Medical Technician, and Hazardous Materials Technician. Mr. Juden has provided extensive emergency response training to a regional Fortune 50 company for over 15 years and to public agencies across the state for 17 years. Andrew now manages a staff of 20 trained state instructors who continue to provide training across the state in the public and private sector.

Bill Harris

Bill Harris is a US Army Veteran and has worked for the Missouri Department of Corrections for 30 years. Mr. Harris began his career as a Recreation Officer in 1989 and has held the rank of Assistant Warden, Deputy Warden, and Warden. He has worked in 7 different prisons across Missouri and begins work for 5th Meridian following his retirement as Warden of the Reception & Diagnostic Center in Fulton. Bill has extensive experience in physical/institutional security measures and managing security-based personnel.

Dan Drago

Dan brings over thirty years of extensive experience in law enforcement management, covert, tactical, security, and safety operations/consultation services. He is a licensed Private Investigator in Missouri and Illinois, specializing in fatality claims, disability fraud, and criminal and civil investigations. For the last eight years, he has worked as an executive-level Human Resources Director in the medical billing and manufacturing fields. Dan serves as the compliance manager for all of the 5th Meridian's recruitment, retention, and human resource operations.

Dustin Koerber

Dustin Koerber is the Southeast District Manager/Transportation Manager for the 5th Meridian Group. Dustin attended college at the University of Missouri and Columbia Southern University; where he obtained a degree in fire science. He began his public safety career in 2007 and currently serves in the fire department command staff for the City of Cape Girardeau. Before joining 5th Meridian, Dustin spent 12 years as owner/operator of his own construction company. Leadership roles in both his fire service and construction careers have developed Dustin's skills in time and personnel management, resource allocation, and customer service, making him a valuable member of the 5th Meridian team.

Jeff Riddle

Jeff Riddle has vast experience in handling and disposing hazardous material over a 25 year career in firefighting. Jeff's in-depth knowledge of procedures and processes for disposing numerous hazardous materials, as well as transport and disposal procedures for hazardous chemicals and materials makes him the ideal candidate to assist with hazmat safety planning for 5th Meridian. He has years of professional experience in responding to emergency calls, like accidental exposure to hazardous materials, and knows how to respond calmly and effectively to difficult situations. He also has experience with many federal, state and local safety regulations, protocols, and procedures.

Matt Coombes

Matt serves as the SW MO district manager and performs safety and security training, security plan consulting, and executive protection services. Coombes graduated from the Missouri Sheriffs Association Training academy and studied Criminal Justice and Instructor Development through Missouri University. He resides in Missouri and has over a decade of law enforcement experience to include patrol operations, investigations, training, and serving on a crime suppression unit. Coombes experience includes executive protection and high-risk security for individuals and organizations, and has served in 3 countries on security assignments. He has trained over 4,000 students in the school system, health care, government, law enforcement, and military personnel in security practices and self-defense. Matt has a passion for serving others and building lasting relationships by providing excellent service in the cannabis industry.

Michael T. Allen - CEO, Founder

The Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of the 5th Meridian Group, Michael Allen, has made it his mission to support the rapidly expanding Missouri cannabis market by offering a variety of ancillary services through a Missouri based company staffed predominantly by Veterans and Missouri public safety and industry professionals. He attended Southeast Missouri State, where he studied Criminal Justice, and Southwest Tennessee Community College, where he studied Fire Science. Mr. Allen is a veteran of the US Army, and during his time in the military, promoted to the rank of Chief Warrant Officer II, and was a rated Army Aviator in the UH-60 Blackhawk for the Missouri Army National Guard, and the AH-64 Apache helicopter for the Tennessee Army National Guard. Starting his career as a law enforcement officer, Michael worked as a Missouri POST-Certified Police Officer and with the Missouri State Highway Patrol. For the last 25 years, he has devoted himself to the Fire Service, achieving the rank of Fire Captain and currently working for a large municipality in the southeastern part of Missouri. Additional past employment experience includes Firefighter for the City of Memphis, Autopsy Technical/Death Investigator for the Regional Forensic Center in Memphis, and Eye Tissue Procurement Specialist for the Mid-South Eye Bank and Mid-America Transplant in Missouri. Michael has completed multiple safety courses and holds certification as a Missouri Fire Investigator, Instructor, Emergency Medical Technician, and Hazardous Material Technician. For over a decade, Mr. Allen has also taught industrial safety, security, and emergency response courses for a regional Fortune 50 company. In his free time, Michael is an avid outdoorsman, aviation enthusiast, and is an FAA-licensed Commercial Helicopter Pilot.

Mike Delaughter

Mike DeLaughter attended high school in Sikeston, MO, and college at Murray State University where he obtained a B.S. in Environmental Engineering Tech. with an option in Occupational Safety and Health. Mike was the President of the Environmental Engineering Society for his last two years on campus. Mike began his professional career with Unilever, where he was the Environmental, Health, and Safety Professional for two sites which was comprised of over 1,000 employees. During his tenure there, he reduced recordable accidents by over 50%, developed and executed capital expense exceeding $1 million annually, and facilitated and managed multiple brownfield projects. After 5 1/2 successful years with Unilever, Mike was honored to except a position with DuPont. At DuPont, Mike was the third management team member to be hired as a part of an over $70 Million greenfield plant build. Mike was instrumental in the completion and start-up of the new facility, which involved developing and implementing all Environmental, Health, and Safety programs, working with state officials to obtain the Air Permit in a non-attainment area of the state, and on-boarding of over 50 full time employees and at peak, over 35 part-time employees. Mike is currently employed with Tyson Foods, Inc., where he serves as the Complex Environmental Manager with responsibilities for 5 different locations. In his current position, Mike has helped update many of the facilities aging environmental assets, accounting for over $2 million in capital expenditure in less than three years. Mike is an accomplished, passionate and dedicated Environmental, Health, and Safety professional with more than a decade of experience in a manufacturing environment for three Fortune 500 companies. Mike is highly knowledgeable of and skilled in interpreting and consulting on EPA, DNR, OSHA, and other federal and state government regulatory requirements.

Phill Menendez is a retired St. Louis city police Sergeant that began his career as a Patrolman in the 3rd District. Phil was promoted to Detective while in the 3rd District and was later assigned to specialized units for over ten years. During his 23 year career, he often initiated and supervised federal, state, and joint task force criminal investigations. He currently serves with the 5th Meridian as the lead St Louis District Manager for armed security officers in the region. Phill is a 48 year St Louis city native and can provide personalized service to facilities as a local, experienced point of assistance.

Tyler Juden

Tyler attended college at Arkansas Tech University and began a public safety career in 2008 and currently works as a Clinical Educator and as a Certified Flight Paramedic (FP-C) in both helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft. He holds seven US healthcare instructor certifications, and is a licensed Paramedic in nine states and holds the highest critical care certification available. Tyler has provided cutting edge, innovative life-saving healthcare courses, and continuing education to professionals across the US for the last five years.
