Adam Rudo is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of ManTech's Intelligence Sector, leading the company's charge to provide advanced secure products and cyber, analytics and IT solutions/services to the intelligence community. In this role, Mr. Rudo ensures overall mission commitment, program performance, business strategy and growth of the portfolio. He brings his breadth of experience running large billion-dollar P&Ls to the sector and is instrumental in leading ManTech's growth in the vital intelligence market. Before joining ManTech in 2018, Mr. Rudo was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Intelligence and Homeland Security Division for General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), where he managed intelligence community business for almost 14 years. During his tenure with GDIT, Mr. Rudo led and grew portfolios of increasing complexity, including serving for 5 years as the Vice President and General Manager of the National Intelligence Sector. Mr. Rudo has been recognized for achieving tremendous business growth, both organically and through acquisitions, while maintaining a consistently strong focus on mission and program performance. Before joining General Dynamics in 2005, Mr. Rudo served for 12 years in a variety of management and technical leadership roles for multiple intelligence community customers at Lockheed Martin. Examples of leadership roles include program management, capture management, engineering management, chief engineer and product team leadership. He also successfully completed program management and engineering leadership development programs while at Lockheed Martin. Mr. Rudo earned a Master of Science in computer engineering from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering with honors from Carnegie Mellon University. He completed the Finance for Senior Executives program at Harvard Business School in 2013 and holds active Project Management (PMP), Program Management (PgMP), and Portfolio Management (PfMP) certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Bill Varner

Mr. Varner joined the ManTech Board of Directors in September 2022. Mr. Varner is a consultant to Carlyle and a consultant to the Intelligence and National Security communities. He served as president of ManTech's Mission, Cyber & Intelligence Solutions Group (MCIS) from 2009 to 2017. In this role, he led an organization of 3,300 people supporting the Intelligence and Defense communities, including cyber security, computer network operations, forensics, insider threat, specialized systems engineering, operations and mission support, enterprise IT, and full-service security support. Prior to joining ManTech, Mr. Varner was vice president of Intelligence Operations for Northrop Grumman TASC, where he led more than 1,000 employees in delivering innovative technical solutions and operations support to the Defense and Intelligence Communities. Previously, Mr. Varner was vice president of TASC's Signal and Information Processing Group, with responsibility for hardware and software development and specialized systems engineering. Before joining TASC, Mr. Varner was with ESL, Inc., where he developed adaptive-speech and signal-processing systems and advanced simulations of complex National Security systems. Mr. Varner is a member of the Applied Research Solutions Board of Directors, the ManTech Intelligence Sector Advisory Board and a strategic Advisor to P-11 Security. He served on the Board of the Virginia Tech Applied Research Corporation (VT-ARC), Novetta and Cornerstone Defense LLC. He is also a member (Emeritus) of the George Washington University National Engineering Advisory Council, and the Purdue University Engineering Advisory Board. Bonnie Cook - EVP

She is a dedicated and strategic leader who brings her years of business expertise to optimize the delivery of effective, efficient and enabling business services to support ManTech's growth and market differentiation and most importantly, to solve our customer's hardest challenges. From day-to-day resource management to long-term strategic planning, Ms. Cook leaves no detail to chance as she strives for business service excellence in Business Finance, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Contracts, Delivery and Real estate operations for all ManTech's business sectors. Ms. Cook joined ManTech more than 35 years ago and has held positions of increasing responsibility and leadership throughout her tenure. Ms. Cook has supported numerous due diligence efforts and the business integration of newly acquired entities, in addition to, serving on joint venture board positions and establishing international business operations for ManTech in Turkey, Colombia, Germany, Panama, Australia and the UK. Before joining ManTech, Ms. Cook held controllerships in government services organizations. Ms. Cook holds a Bachelor of Science in business management/industrial relations from American University. Mr. Bernasek joined the ManTech Board of Directors in September 2022. Mr. Bernasek is a Managing Director and Co-Head of US Buyout and Growth at The Carlyle Group where he oversees the firm's largest private equity funds. Mr. Bernasek joined Carlyle in 2000 and was appointed Co-Head of US Buyout and Growth in 2021. Prior to this role, Mr. Bernasek was Head of the Global Industrial team at Carlyle. He serves on several firm investment committees and as the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion lead for Americas private equity. Mr. Bernasek previously held positions in New York with Investcorp International, a private equity firm, and Morgan Stanley & Co., in its Investment Banking Division. Brian McHugh - SVP

Brian McHugh serves as both SVP for External Affairs and as Chief of Staff to ManTech's President and CEO, Matt Tait. He is a strategist, adviser and implementer of ManTech's 2020 Strategic Planning goals, and responsible for optimizing the business rhythm of the company. Mr. McHugh joined ManTech in 2013 to spearhead the company's Special Programs, Program Development and Risk Management efforts. He leverages his foreign policy experience to develop and implement national security programs that align with ManTech's customers' missions and resources. He serves as an adviser to ManTech's Board of Directors and executive management team on risk mitigations for worldwide operations. Mr. McHugh has 28 years of experience serving the nation's intelligence community, including a distinguished 28-year career with the CIA and National Security Agency. He served as chief of station in various Middle Eastern and East European locations and managed several multimillion dollar and multiagency programs focused on countering international terrorism, weapons proliferation, counterintelligence and cyber threats directed against the United States. Those programs, which received heavy Congressional oversight, allowed Mr. McHugh to develop relationships with foreign partner governments, senior U.S. military commanders and policymakers. He also gained extensive expertise in the Middle East, South Asia, Eastern Europe and the Balkans. Mr. McHugh also served as the associate executive assistant director (AEAD) of the National Security Branch at the FBI, responsible for counterterrorism, counterintelligence, weapons of mass destruction and cybersecurity efforts. Mr. McHugh has supervised various domestic and international operations focused on bringing terrorists to justice and preventing acts of terror against U.S. citizens. He has received several senior career Intelligence awards as a result of his efforts. He earned a Bachelor of Science in international relations and Soviet & East European studies from the University of Illinois, and earned graduate certificates from the University of Ankara, University of Virginia/Darden School of Business, George Washington University, and Northwestern University/Kellogg School of Business. Claire Grady

Claire is the Senior Vice President of Strategy. In this role, Claire is responsible for guiding ManTech's annual corporate strategy review, enhancing business processes and tracking strategy execution and delivery results. She came to ManTech following the acquisition of Gryphon Technologies. During Ms. Grady's tenure at Gryphon Technologies, she was the Executive Vice President and most recently Chief Operating Officer where she led digital transformation and solutions delivery for national security customers. These roles follow nearly 30 years in the Federal Government advancing national security, serving as Under Secretary for Management from August 2017 through April 2019 and acting Deputy Secretary for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). During her tenure, in addition to overseeing all major investments and acquisition programs, she aligned 240,000+ departmental personnel and a $50B annual budget to deliver maximum effect for our nation during unprecedented periods of activity. Ms. Grady previously served as the Director of Defense Procurement and Acquisition Policy (DPAP) at the Department of Defense, where she led the Department's strategic efforts on services acquisition, championed business processes and the health of a workforce of 30,000 procurement professionals, and drove contingency, domestic and international contract policy. In this capacity, she provided strategic business advice as a member of the Defense Acquisition Board and shaped Federal procurement policy through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Ms. Grady began her career as an acquisition career intern and advanced through positions of increasing responsibility at the Naval Sea Systems Command, DHS and the U.S. Coast Guard. Ms. Grady holds master's degrees in national security strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces (now the Eisenhower School) and in business administration from the University of Maryland and a bachelor's degree in economics from Trinity University.

Daniel Payne - CSO, SVP

Daniel Payne is a Senior Vice President and the Chief Security Officer for ManTech. Mr. Payne is responsible for strategically setting ManTech's security game plan and meeting requirements, from personnel to physical assets and facilities, digital security, insider threat and emerging threats, and more - internally and externally. His mission includes management and advancement of end-to-end protection for customer systems and information. Mr. Payne is leveraging his extensive experiences to shape ManTech's security policies and to maintain a posture of proactive and good security hygiene. He oversees a group of highly specialized security professionals who support the delivery efforts for U.S. government contracts that require access to classified information governed by the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and other security programs. Mr. Payne joined ManTech in November 2019 after a 37-year career with the CIA as a senior counterintelligence professional. During his career, he also served as Director of the Defense Department's Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), where he transformed security with an innovative risk-based methodology, fed by intelligence and tailored to support facilities and diverse technologies across 13,000 locations. From 2014 to 2016, he served as Deputy Director of the National Counterintelligence and Security Center, Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). Before leading security for the Defense Department and ODNI, Mr. Payne served as Deputy Chief of Counterintelligence and held numerous other senior leadership positions for the CIA. During his long and successful government career, he worked in the conduct of counterespionage investigations and all aspects of insider threat detection. He has worked in more than 20 countries and with private sector companies to improve counterintelligence/security programs and postures. He has earned his reputation as one of the finest professionals in the fields of counterintelligence and security for the U.S. government. Prior to Two Six, Ms. Kimber served for 37 years in the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) including as Deputy Director for Operations of the CIA (DDO). In this role, Ms. Kimber was responsible for overseeing the CIA's worldwide human intelligence operations and networks, as well as CIA's foreign intelligence collection and covert action missions. Ms. Kimber joined the CIA in 1985 as a trainee in the Directorate of Operations and served 18 years in field operational positions, including as Chief of Station and DNI Representative. She also served as Acting Deputy Director of the CIA (Acting DDCIA), the first Assistant Director of CIA for Europe and Eurasia, Deputy Director of the National Clandestine Service, Chief National Resources Division, Deputy Chief Europe Division and Chief of the Special Operations Department in CIA's Counterterrorism Center. Ms. Kimber is the recipient of the Presidential Rank Award and numerous CIA and Intelligence Community awards. Jonathan Darby

Mr. Darby is a nearly 39-year veteran of the U.S. Intelligence Community, primarily the National Security Agency (NSA)/Central Security Service (CSS), culminating in serving over four years as the NSA/CSS Director of Operations (DO). Prior to assuming the DO position, which oversees all of NSA's collection, code-breaking, analysis and production of signals intelligence (SIGINT), Mr. Darby led some of NSA's most difficult missions, including Counterterrorism, Cybersecurity Operations, and SIGINT analysis and production on all geographic and transnational missions. He managed a budget in the billions, drove development and use of advanced technologies, and in multiple positions led thousands of globally distributed civilian and military personnel providing intelligence support for military, diplomatic, cybersecurity and law enforcement operations. Mr. Darby began his career as a Russian language analyst and served in a variety of field and operations management positions at NSA and abroad. He spent over a decade following 9/11 leading NSA's counterterrorism and counterproliferation missions. Kathleen Creighton joined the ManTech Board of Directors in December 2022. Ms. Creighton retired from the U.S. Navy in 2021 following a 33-year career, including six years of service as a Rear Admiral. She was one of a handful of Information Warfare (IW) Community Flag Officers specializing in cybersecurity, information technology (IT) solutions, network operations and C4ISR capabilities and she also led large organizations with global footprints. These leadership roles included Director, Command, Control, Communications and Computers at U.S. Indo Pacific Command, where she directed cyberspace operations and enabled assured communications for 375,000 U.S. forces in theater. Ms. Creighton also served as the Navy's Director of Cybersecurity, where she designed Navy-wide cybersecurity, IT and cloud strategy policy and governance for 607,000 Navy personnel, and as the Director, IW Integration, where she developed Navy IW strategic priorities, resources and requirements management and delivered C4ISR, electronic warfare and IW capabilities in a $9 Billion portfolio. Ms. Creighton holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Ms. Bush has served on ManTech's Board of Directors since 2006. Ms. Bush is an American business executive, corporate director and government official recognized for her expertise in international finance, banking, and corporate governance. She has served three U.S. Presidents and has held private sector senior executive positions. As President of Bush International, Ms. Bush has advised corporate and government clients on strategic business and financial matters. In 2007, Ms. Bush was appointed by the Secretary of the Treasury to the U.S. Treasury Advisory Committee on the Auditing Profession. From 1989 to 1991, she served as managing director and head of the Federal Housing Finance Board, the oversight body for the nation's 12 federal home loan banks. She was responsible for overseeing capital market funding for the banks and for preserving the safety and soundness of the banks while also allocating resources for the liquidity needs of the S&L industry. Before 1989, as Vice President and head of international finance at the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae), she led the company into the global capital markets. From 1982 to 1988, Ms. Bush served as U.S. alternate executive director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), a position appointed by the President of the United States and confirmed by the Senate. In that capacity, she worked with the Treasury Department to set policy on IMF lending and global economic matters. Mr. Tait joined the ManTech Board of Directors in September 2022. Mr. Tait is Chief Executive Officer and President of ManTech. He joined ManTech in 2018 and served as Chief Operating Officer. In this role he was responsible for leading the company's global business strategies that enable ManTech to deliver, at speed, differentiating solutions to meet the sophisticated needs of the company's diverse customer base. Under Tait's leadership, ManTech expanded and repositioned the company's Intelligence, Federal Civilian and Department of Defense businesses to align with the company's strategy of Bringing Digital to the MissionĀ®. Prior to joining ManTech, Mr. Tait spent two decades at Accenture, where he led key initiatives that transformed IT performance across Federal Civilian, Intelligence and Defense sectors. He is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Operation Renewed Hope Foundation, a group dedicated to ending veteran homelessness, and supports the Boulder Crest Retreat Foundation, which provides mental health care for troops, veterans and their families dealing with PTSD and combat-related stress. Mr. Tait received a Bachelor of Science in political science and government from the U.S. Naval Academy and served 10 years in the U.S. Navy.

Michael Ruppert - CFO, EVP

Michael Ruppert is ManTech's Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He is a dedicated and strategic leader who brings 20+ years of financial, treasury and corporate development experience in both private and public companies. Mr. Ruppert leads the company's financial, treasury and corporate development functions including financial planning and analysis, accounting functions, treasury, cash management and acquisition strategy. Prior to joining ManTech, he served as EVP, CFO and Treasurer for aerospace defense contractor Mercury Systems Inc. Previously, Mr. Ruppert co-founded a M&A advisory firm focused on aerospace and defense and before that specialized in aerospace and defense M&A for UBS Securities, Lehman Brothers and Lazard Freres. Mr. Ruppert holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia.

Mike Uster is the chief information officer (CIO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and a senior vice president at ManTech. As CIO/CTO, Mr. Uster directs the enterprise's managed services, from datacenters to collaboration tools to security and the implementation of new and emerging technologies. ManTech's Enterprise Information Services organization supports more than 14,000 users including employees, customers, consultants and subcontractors. In his CTO role, Mr. Uster has embedded a culture of "proven here first" by deploying new solutions and innovative technologies across the ManTech. This model has enabled ManTech to provide valuable insights and an enhanced customer experience and delivery of mission-driven innovation and capabilities supporting national and homeland security. Mr. Uster also oversees cybersecurity operations, customer service, application development and enterprise business management systems across 80 global locations, making ManTech a leader in custom tailored solutions that innovate, modernize and transform IT for employees and customers. End result: dramatic gains in user experience, satisfaction and productivity with consistent cost savings that contribute to reinvestment in enterprise-wide innovation initiatives. Mr. Uster joined ManTech in 2005 as a vice president and quickly advanced to senior vice president in roles spanning the design of business management system solutions, contract and supply chain management, and program management. For more than a decade, Mr. Uster led the Enterprise Strategic IT Initiatives review, prioritization and execution process. In November 2021 Mr. Uster and his team moved the company with more than 14,000 users into a complete zero trust environment, and is leveraging this expertise to assist multiple government agencies in their own zero trust journeys. Mike developed a roadmap to improve the enterprise security posture as agencies undergo digital transformation, implement stronger cybersecurity standards, move to secure cloud services within a zero-trust architecture, and deploy multi-factor authentication and encryption. In his more than 35 years as a government contractor, Mr. Uster has also worked at Northrop Grumman, Lockheed's "Skunk Works," the RAND Corporation, TRW, Metric Systems and Object Sciences Corporation on assignments throughout the United States and in Egypt, Oman and Turkey. Mike is a graduate of California's Biola University with a Bachelor of Art in Modern European History. Mr. Uster is a 2020, 2021 and 2022 CIO ORBIE award finalist and was selected to the distinguished list of "Top 100 CIO" by CIO Magazine in 2012.

Sheila Blackwell

Sheila Blackwell is ManTech's Vice President of Enterprise Marketing and Communications & Chief Marketing Officer, leading our marketing and communications team as it develops and executes campaigns that support ManTech's strategic direction, revenue growth, brand recognition and reputation as the Employer of Choice in the government contracting marketplace. Ms. Blackwell has a 25-year track record as a Communications & Marketing professional and leader, with a deep knowledge of the federal and commercial space. Previously, she has served as Director of Corporate Communications for Neustar where she led external communications and PR and worked with Human Resources to drive corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs in support of STEM education, philanthropy, diversity and inclusion in the workplace and sustainability. Before that, Ms. Blackwell was Vice President of Communications & Marketing Communications for government contractors including FCi Federal (now PAE), Decision Sciences International (DSIC) and SRA International (now GDIT). Earlier in her career, she worked for IBM (commercial and federal sectors), MCI (public policy PR) and Cable & Wireless. She started her communications career as a TV news reporter in upstate New York. Ms. Blackwell has served as a judge for the annual Washington Women in Technology (WIT) awards and on WashingtonExec's MarCom Council.

Stephen Deitz - EVP

Stephen Deitz is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of ManTech's Federal Civilian Sector. In his role, Mr. Deitz leads the Sector's work to advance solutions that address federal civilian agencies' mission needs for modernization of operations, systems and infrastructure; best-in-class security and effective data utilization. Over the course of his ManTech career, Mr. Deitz has served in multiple leadership roles serving defense, intelligence and federal civilian customers. He has a proven track record of winning business while building successful teams - promoting and advancing the enablement of new skills and capabilities. Prior to joining ManTech, Mr. Deitz spent 10 years with CSC building and managing large service desk offerings for federal customers and grew the business by more than 200 percent. He also implemented quality management, program management and training programs to increase accountability and consistency across the business. Before that, Mr. Deitz held strategy and operational positions as COO of ZAI and as a consultant to the pharmaceutical industry overseeing business growth, operational efficiency, technology enablement, profit and loss, quality and customer delivery. His expertise spanning more than 25 years in government contracting and commercial industry provides a strong foundation for serving federal government agencies - leveraging his experience, insights and forward-looking approach to innovation and efficiency to drive mission success at speed. Mr. Deitz earned a Master of Science in Technology Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Shenandoah University. He holds a certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
