Miguel Armenteros focuses his practice on business litigation with an emphasis on contract disputes, business torts, real estate, and partner and shareholder rights. Mr. Armenteros represents international and domestic clients in industries ranging from manufacturing, real property, food and beverage, entertainment, commodity brokerage, and health care. He utilizes his experience as an attorney and background as a certified public accountant to assist and advise his clients through their local and foreign legal issues, including cross-border disputes throughout the Americas, and serves as their trusted business advisor and counsel. Robert Bernstein

Robert Bernstein is a Partner at Annesser Armenteros, PLLC, and was recently nominated as a Florida SuperLawyers Rising Star. He represents businesses and individuals in complex litigation matters including construction, commercial, probate & trust, and employment matters. Robert was an Associate with Annesser Armenteros, PLLC. at its inception before leaving the firm to begin his family in Naples, Florida in 2017. We are pleased to now have Robert rejoin our team as the Managing Partner of our Naples, Florida office. Prior to re-joining the team, Robert practiced in the areas of commercial and construction litigation, and represented clients throughout the state of Florida, including Miami, Islamorada, Ft. Myers, Ft. Lauderdale, Panama City, Tampa, and Naples. Robert has been licensed to practice law since 2014, and is admitted in all Florida state courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern District and Middle District of Florida. Robert serves on the Board of the Collier County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section, and he is a member of the Urban Land Institute Southwest Florida and of the Florida Bar's Real Property, Probate & Trust Section, and the Young Lawyers Division. Robert received his juris doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and in the top 12 percent of his class. During law school, Robert served on the Board of Governors of the Florida Bar Association Law Student Division, acting as a liaison between law students and the Florida legal community. He also gained experience interning for the Honorable Robert M. Gross at Florida's Fourth District Court of Appeal, the Office of General Counsel for Florida's Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, and the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office.
