Aakriti Sood is an Associate at the firm. She started her career as an IP Attorney with a leading IP Law Firm Amarjit & Associates, New Delhi. Aakriti routinely advises clients on all aspects related to Intellectual Property, Technology, Media and Telecommunications. She is also extensively involved in Commercial Agreements and Regulatory Compliances for various Startups and Corporates. Some of Aakriti's recent advisory work includes technology licensing, franchising IP, Employment related issues for various IT/ITes, startups, FMCG and Health care companies.
Amit Tyagi is the Managing Partner at Aadhya Legal and has close to two decades of experience. At the Firm, Amit specialises in Dispute Resolution, Employment Laws, Banking and Finance, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Telecommunication, Project Finance and Infrastructure. He has extensively appeared and argued before Hon'ble Supreme Court, multitude of High Courts, Tribunal, Commissions and before various Judicial & Quasi-Judicial Forums all across India. Amit started his career with D.P Gupta and Co. and went on to becoming a Partner at AVA Law Associates. After a stint of 15 years, Amit founded Aadhya Legal. Despite his busy schedule, he is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience with the legal fraternity. He is an avid reader and a profound speaker and has spoken at various Conferences and Seminars.

Manasi is an Associate at the firm. She has represented corporate clients across fora including at the Delhi High Court, Labour Courts, NCDRC and District Courts in matters concerning company law, labour law, contractual disputes, copyright infringement among other cases. Apart from litigation, Manasi is adept at handling corporate advisory and transactions. She is also a trained mediator. She strongly advocates for child rights, to this end she has also worked for Bachpan Bachao Andolan (NGO) in Public Interest Litigations in Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India.
Radha is an Associate at the firm. She is a part of the Dispute Resolution Team and has varied experience in the area of Corporate litigation including Arbitration, Banking, Insurance and Insolvency matters. She has efficiently appeared before Delhi High Court, Company Law Board, NCDRC, DRT and other quasi-judicial bodies. She has advised and represented various clients across all sectors on Company matters and Labour and Industrial Laws and also has expertise in conducting due diligence for Insurance Industry. In her free time she enjoys swimming, riffle shooting and is a basketball player.

Rajesh Rana is the Office Manager at the Firm. He has been associated with the firm since its inception. He has great experience in filing and doing all court related work. He has completed his LLB from Chaudhary Charan Singh University and has a decade of experience. He has handled wide range of administrative and supervisory tasks which has not only provided support to the team but also helped in implementation of systems and processes established by the Management. He is the backbone of the organisation and ensures confidential information is securely handled with high level of integrity & discretion.
Samarth is an Associate at the firm. He is a part of the litigation team and has been actively involved in handling variety of matters pertaining to civil and criminal litigation. Prior to joining Aadhya Legal, Samarth has effectively appeared before the High Court of Allahabad. He has advised and successfully represented several national and international clients, Organizations and educational Institutions across all sectors on civil and criminal matters and has an expertise in education and service matters. He has also successfully conducted and concluded several mediations amongst the parties at dispute in several matters.

Shalini Sharma is an Associate at the firm. She is also a qualified Company Secretary and has enriching experience of more than 15 years in handling all sorts of matters related to Corporate Compliance , Company Formation / Incorporation and compliance under Companies Act, Business planning and restructuring-mergers and acquisition, capital restructuring, Registration of NBFCs, Procuring IEC Code, Listing Agreement, Reserve Bank of India compliance, liasoning and Securities Laws compliance. She also has great experience and expertise in conducting Secretarial audit, Postal ballots, statutory meetings etc.
