Mr. Lane is a CPA Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
After graduation from CSU Fullerton, Mr. Lane spent over eight years with a regional firm with several offices throughout California and progressed to Senior Manager. Mr. Lane also held CFO and Controller positions in manufacturing and construction industries as well as a Senior Manager position with an affiliate of Moore Stephens International Ltd.
He has remained actively involved in the management and performance of audits, reviews, business valuations, litigation and consulting engagements throughout his career in public accounting and consulting.
Mr. Lane has co-authored comments to the Financial Accounting Standards Board on behalf of the Construction Financial Management Association and written several articles related to business management, financial reporting, and tax planning.

Mr. Svyntytskyi is Chartered Certified Accountant (member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and has Master's degree in audit and accounting from Kyiv National Trade Economy University. He started his professional path in audit but in three years requalified to accounting. He has more than 10 years of professional experience with medium and big sized international accounting companies where he held managerial positions.
Over his career he was responsible for accounting for dozens of international clients, some of them with annual turnover exceed $100 million. He is also member of a team that is harmonizing local Ukrainian standards toward International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and implemented IFRS taxonomy in Ukraine.
