Bob McIntyre, a dedicated and results-oriented Field Operations Manager, is a product of both Boise State University and the University of Idaho. Combining a solid educational foundation with a wealth of practical experience, he is committed to achieving operational excellence and maintaining the highest standards of performance. A proud alumnus of Boise State University and the University of Idaho, Bob holds a bachelor's degree in construction management and a bachelor's in political science, respectively. Bob has also demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication through his service in the United States Marine Corps. Brad Miller began his career in the San Francisco Bay Area with the brokerage and management of multi-family residential properties. In 1995 Brad and his family relocated to his wife's hometown of Boise and joined Ronald W. Van Auker, Inc., a developer, and owner of industrial land and buildings, where Brad worked on the development, leasing, and management of the properties. In May 2019, Adler Industrial, LLC acquired the Van Auker land and building portfolio and after 25 years with the Van Auker Companies, Brad joined Adler Industrial as Managing Director where he oversees the development, leasing, and management. Brad attended Brigham Young University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Brett Hamm

Brett Hamm oversees all legal and risk management aspects of the operations of the Adler Companies. Brett received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. Brett began his career as an insurance defense attorney before moving in-house with a Boise-based real estate investment company. Prior to joining Adler Industrial, Brett spent 16 years at a national developer of retail, multi-family, self-storage, and charter school properties, where, in addition to handling commercial developments, Brett oversaw the company's 1031 exchange and Opportunity Zone initiatives.

Charity Nelson

Charity Nelson manages the leasing of the Adler Industrial portfolio, working closely with tenants to find the proper space to fit their needs. Charity Nelson manages leasing for the Adler Industrial portfolio in the Boise Metro area. She enjoys partnering with brokers and business leaders to meet the industrial real estate needs of companies that are moving to or expanding in the area. She also leads the company's strategic human resources efforts. Prior to joining Adler, Charity spent more than five years as the Director of Economic Development at the Boise Valley Economic Partnership where she worked with businesses who were interested in expanding or locating in the Boise Metro. She also has extensive experience in human resources having spent more than a decade at Micron Technology in a variety of roles in global talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, and workforce optimization. Charity holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and master's degree in communication, both from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is happy to be living in her hometown of Boise with her husband Mark and two daughters, Alyssa and Jessica.

Jana Jones brings a dynamic and results-driven approach to her role as Chief of Staff, leveraging a proven track record in operational management, cross-functional collaboration, client engagement, and strategic leadership. With a keen ability to foster effective communication and drive organizational excellence, Jana is dedicated to exceeding expectations through meticulous planning, resource optimization, and creative problem-solving. Over the course of her career, Jana has demonstrated her capabilities in various roles, including Director of Business Development Services at Northwest Lineman College, Executive Director of Economic Development at the University of Idaho, and Director of Economic Development Services at Boise Valley Economic Partnership. With 12 years of experience managing day-to-day operations, business development, accounting, and budgeting, she has successfully guided department heads to align with organizational goals. Jana grew up in Rupert, Idaho and graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor's of Communication and a minor in Business. She went on to travel and work in London and Santa Barbara before finding her way home to Boise Idaho 30 years ago. She and her husband, Steve, are happy to be back in this amazing state and are enjoying being close to their combined three daughters, two sons, two grandchildren, and four grand dogs.

Mandana Tarr

Mandana Tarr oversees property operations and performs asset management functions for the company Ms. Tarr is responsible for overseeing property operations for the Treasure Valley industrial portfolio and industrial, retail, and solar assets in other markets. In this capacity, she performs asset management functions, including developing, implementing and monitoring investment business plans, the renovation, leasing, repositioning and disposition of assets, and supervising operational and financial functions provided by in-house and third party property managers. Ms. Tarr has been with the Adler Companies since 2013, working as an Acquisitions Analyst for two years. She then moved to Asset Management, overseeing property operations for office, industrial, and retail assets across the country. She also developed energy efficiency projects across the portfolio and continues to manage two solar projects in California. Mrs. Tarr earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University, in Philadelphia. She joined the Adler team after working for over 11 years as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, providing valuation consulting services to numerous clients in Southern California.

Maritza Huelsman manages accounting and financial reporting for Adler Industrial, AI Construction, and affiliates, while also overseeing audits, budgets, forecasting, and internal controls. Before joining the Adler team, Maritza served as a Property Accounting Manager for a commercial real estate company based in Eagle, Idaho leading accounting operations for nearly 50 assets. With over 15 years of experience in various accounting positions, she learned to analyze accounting processes making improvements in areas she found to be inefficient. After living in Nevada for 25 years, Maritza moved to Idaho in 2014. When not at work, she enjoys photography, water sports, good dancing music, spontaneous family adventures but most of all, summer sunset chasing in her Jeep.

As the CEO and founder of Adler Industrial, LLC and Adler Realty Investments, Inc., Mr. Adler has played a pivotal role in a diverse range of real estate investment and development projects. As President, he provides leadership, financial expertise, and strategic direction for investments, serving on the firm's Investment Committee. With extensive experience in commercial real estate and a history of success in various roles, including a notable position in a startup internet service provider, Mr. Gable has greatly contributed to Adler's exceptional portfolio performance and stellar industry reputation. Mr. Gable oversees the day-to-day operations and management of the Adler Companies. Additionally, he is responsible for structuring and securing debt and equity financing for the portfolio of assets. With Michael Adler, he serves as the primary contact to the firm's institutional and private investors. During the last twenty years at Adler, Mr. Gable has negotiated a billion dollars of debt and supervised over a billion dollars of acquisitions and development. In his role as President, Mr. Gable provides leadership, strategies, and finance expertise for the acquisition of investments, as well as being one of the three members of the firm's Investment Committee. Mr. Gable is responsible for ensuring high levels of execution across the organization, resulting in exceptional portfolio performance, earning Adler an outstanding reputation. Mr. Gable has over twenty-five years of commercial real estate experience, with a focus on financing, leasing, and sale of industrial, office, and retail properties. Mr. Gable was instrumental in its growth and eventual sale for $450 million. Virna McEntee

Ms. McEntee joined Adler Industrial in September of 2020 and comes with over 14 years of Construction Administrator experience.

Will Goede

Will Goede oversees new development for Adler Industrial, which includes financial modeling and managing design, entitlement, and construction. Will is an Idaho native with an undergraduate and master's degrees in civil engineering from the University of Idaho and Washington State University. He started his career as a structural engineer in 2010, moved to project management for a large general contractor in 2012, and then to development management in 2017. Will has overseen the design, entitlement and construction of commercial, residential, and industrial projects ranging from $1M to over $200M across the western US. After living in Seattle and Los Angeles for 8 years post college, he moved back to Idaho in 2018 and now happily lives in Boise with his wife Leah, sons Grayson and Rowan, and dog Cali.

William Reil - CFO

William Reil is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting for the Adler Companies. Mr. Reil is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting for Adler Industrial, AI Construction, and affiliates. Additionally, Mr. Reil has primary responsibility for overseeing audits, budgets, forecasting, and internal controls. Before joining Adler, Mr. Reil was Controller at Broe Real Estate Group, a private real estate owner and developer with over $1 billion of assets under management. He was previously the Assistant Controller for Aviv REIT, a REIT specializing in skilled nursing facilities. He was also a Senior Accountant with the Macquarie Group working on the Macquarie Office Trust, a global office REIT with over $2.8 billion of assets under management in the United States. He began his career with Deloitte. Mr. Reil holds a B.S. in Accountancy and a Masters of Accounting, both from the University of Illinois Urbana - Champaign. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
