I've always loved jewelry. My first job after graduating from art school and moving to Florida was in a jewelry store. I actually enjoyed making repairs on jewelry we sold as I've always liked working with my hands and creating, especially jewelry. For many years I also taught craft making including jewelry at an arts & crafts store. Since retiring, I've been enjoying spending more time with my 7 grandchildren and running this small business, Beadside Designs, making unique and custom jewelry. Throughout the years I've experimented with new patterns, materials, and styles with inspiration from my daughters, friends, magazines, and books. I strive for quality over quantity and always try to use the best products, but at the same time be cost conscience.
