In 1959, she upgraded to a new location and hired more hairstylists as the business kept growing. Then again, in 1968, she made her final move to a space on Church Avenue where she eventually retired and sold the salon to her niece, Judi Huff, who had enjoyed helping around the family salon as a young girl. Five years later, in 1973, Judi changed the name to Bell-La-Casa, Spanish for "beauty house." After almost 30 years of business, the building was sold and the salon relocated to the Westchester Mall, now known as the Providence Place Town Center.
