Mr. You has over 20 years of geological engineering experience in the oil and gas industry, both domestically and internationally. Since 2002, he served as a Senior Petroleum Engineer and Project Manager of the Petroleum Exploration and Production Research Institute of SINOPEC (PEPRIS), responsible for project management, geological risk evaluation, investment environment analysis, resource assessment, and oil and gas assets evaluation and acquisition. Recently, he decided to shift his career and pursue a Chief Marketing Officer position at Sciridge Technology Inc.
Sulian Tian - CEO, Founder, President
Ms. Tian is the founder of Bilian Energy Services with the vision of bridging the gap between Canada's vast oil and gas resources with China's demanding market. With over 10 years of working in the western Canadian oil and gas industry, she accumulated extensive experience in geology, drilling, completion and reservoir engineering. Her expertise lies in the field of economic evaluation, reserves and resource booking, and acquisition/divestiture analysis.
Ms. Jia currently works in the legal sector and is actively involved with numerous fields including Corporate and Commercial, Real Estate, and Wills and Estates.
In addition, Ms. Jia's exceptional language proficiency in both English and Mandarin have opened a door for her in China's translation industry. As a freelance translator, she had built strong bonds with clients from all industries such as oil and gas, international trades, forestry and construction. Growing up in a multi-culture environment and near native speakers for both languages, she is able to acquire the latest news and information in both Canada and China. This helps her to stay up to date with today's industrial trends, and therefore finding potential opportunities in business and international trades.
