As a hobby that started in 2006 that has now turned into a business, we have the experience that allows us to create amazing barbeque. Using our unique techniques combined with the old school craft of "low and slow" cooking, we create the ultimate BBQ catering feasts for our customers. We only serve the best cuts of meat and homemade salads from Quaker Creek, a renowned local butchery, and use local ingredients whenever possible... We have a 50 person minimum for catering at this time. This is the minimum amount of people to get the rig to your event.
