BMW as the provider of BKEP linked to TMSi reserves the right to verify the details supplied for user registration and to refuse applications for registration and/or deny access to BKEP linked to TMSi on a temporary or permanent basis. BMW does not make any personal data available to third parties (except for incident solving by IT-contractors).
