Hershel Fogelman, Senior Broker, joins BSA from SCRE with over 25 years of experience as a licensed commercial real estate agent, and 40 years of experience buying, selling and leasing his own commercial properties.
As a Combat Veteran of Vietnam, from 1967 to 1968, he served as a paratrooper with the 101st Airborne Division. After returning stateside, he was a combat instructor for Field Grade Officers. was Honorably Discharged and returned to college. There he earned a BS in Management and Finance in 1972 and continued in two graduate programs after locating to North Carolina.
His professional experience includes asset-based lending with three major national financial institutions, owning offices and industrial buildings where he operated his businesses. He was also licensed as an independent commercial property claims adjuster when he entered commercial real estate brokerage full time.

Jessica uses her creative skills for marketing as well as assisting in all things Boundary Street. She has worked in a number of related fields and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Auburn University.
Karen Townsend has over 14 years of operations and office management experience. Townsend holds a bachelor's degree from Appalachian State University.

Rodney Faulkner, co-founder and Broker-In-Charge of Boundary Street Advisors, is a licensed broker in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. He has brokered over $300 million in commercial real estate brokerage. Prior to Boundary Street, he served as a Managing Equity Partner at Legacy Real Estate Advisors, LLC.
A Charlotte native, Faulkner is a member of the Charlotte City Council's appointed Privatization/Competition Advisory Committee and serves as Chair of the Real Estate sub-committee. He currently sits on the boards for both Rally Charlotte and Historic West End Partners. He is a Certified Retail Property Executive through International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Faulkner is known for his passion for the community, deal-making ability and relationship building which allows him to connect investors and new concepts to cutting-edge and forward-thinking opportunities.

William Haygood III brings over 20 years of sales experience to Boundary Street Advisors' management and business development strategy. He founded a technology consulting firm, Global Networkers, that he built, led and successfully sold after 15 years of growth with Fortune 100 and federal clientele.
Haygood, a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, provided commercial real estate brokerage services for Charlotte-based Argos Real Estate Advisors and The Nichols Company before co-founding Boundary Street Advisors. He has been recognized as a Deal Maker Award Winner by the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors and has brokered deals throughout the Carolinas. Haygood specializes in investment sales strategy and leasing.
Haygood's affinity for entrepreneurship is evidenced by his involvement with the Carolina Virginia Minority Supplier Development Council and the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance.
He believes in grind over bravado, and that optimism, communication and commitment elevate relationships to partnerships.
