David is a highly experienced QA HS&E professional with in excess of 35 years full spectrum experience, including 25+ years in Oil & Gas engineering at both project and corporate levels covering; studies, FEED, EPC and PMC projects. David's particular fields of specialization are: Corporate QHS&E Management Promoting and managing continuous improvement schemes, setting and monitoring the achievement of objectives, staff QHS&E training and corporate audits. Risk Management Preparation and implementation of risk management procedures. Project QA/QC Management Preparation, implementation and maintenance of project quality management system procedures, plans and supporting documentation. David has worked extensively in the UK, Europe and the Middle East as well as Thailand.

Francis David D

Francis has extensive experience spanning more than 35 years of engineering and management in marine and offshore oil & gas related projects. Francis's particular fields of specialization are: Offshore Pipelines Design and project management of subsea pipelines and risers Floating Production & Storage Design and project management of FPSO construction, conversion and topsides installations LNG Transportation LNG Carriers, Floating Storage and Re-gasification systems Francis has worked for major blue-chip companies in Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia with a proven ability to lead and inspire multi-disciplinary multi-cultural teams. Francis has excellent project identification and conceptualization skills and customer focused commercial astuteness. Francis heads Brightstar's LNG business unit and manages Brightstar's operations in Sri Lanka.

Pornthep Charnnarong

Pornthep has around 20 years in onshore oil and gas projects ranging from feasibility/conceptual studies, FEED and detailed design, through to project engineering, procurement and construction management consultancy (PMC). Pornthep's particular fields of technical specialization are: Aviation Fuel Systems Design and project management of airport fuel depots and hydrant systems Oil & multi-product pipelines and terminals Study and design of refined oil product terminals and multi-product pipeline, including special systems for the transportation of LPG. Industrial Infrastructure Buildings, factories & warehouses; wastewater & water treatment plants. Pornthep has worked for major international engineering companies on projects in Thailand, Myanmar, UK, Greece, UAE and USA. He has also engaged short term international assignment projects in the UK, USA and China. Pornthep is a highly versatile engineer with strong technical capabilities and the ability to build highly effective project teams. As one of Brightstar's Senior Project Managers, Pornthep is responsible for managing our larger and more complex projects to fully meet and exceed our customers' expectations.

Robert Avery

Robert has broad experience gained over more than 30 years, at every stage of the project life cycle from feasibility studies through to testing & commissioning. Robert's particular fields of technical specialization are: Aviation fuel systems Robert is a respected aviation industry specialist who has managed implementation of fuel systems at airports ranging from small regional airfields through to major new international hubs. Pipelines & terminals Robert has managed gas pipeline projects ranging from modest local distribution systems through to major national and transnational transmission pipelines. He also has a deep understanding of oil pipeline systems, particularly multi-product pipelines, pump stations and terminals. Robert has worked mostly in the UK and Thailand as well as Australia and the Middle East. Passionate about his work, he has a unique ability to drive design and value optimization for our customers. Robert's primary roles for Brightstar are strategic leadership, customer relationships, technical support and oversight. He also provides technical consultancy to our clients relating to Aviation fuelling and pipelines.

Sadhana Chantaraniyom

Sadhana has over 20 years experience managing finance divisions for international companies. Sadhana's particular areas of expertise are: Compliance & Audit Adoption and interpretation of regulations and best practices for accounting and commercial functions. Internal and external audits.

Simon Kitchen

In a career spanning almost 40 years, Simon has been instrumental in delivering a wide range of challenging onshore oil & gas design and construction projects. Simon is an acknowledged authority on refined oil products storage and transportation systems, including: Oil Pipelines & terminals Oil multi-product product pipelines, storage & distribution terminals including marine, rail and road loading facilities. Aviation fuel systems Simon has in-depth understanding of the very specific and stringent constraints that apply to the design of Jet Fuel distribution systems at airports, including the modes of supply, storage and ‘intoplane' delivery systems. LPG Storage and transportation systems Design of Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) storage, pipeline and distribution systems. Simon has worked around the world and now divides his time between the UK and Thailand. His extensive experience and expertise mean he is able to identify effective, often innovative solutions that truly meet the customer's needs. As Brightstar's Engineering Manager, Simon is responsible for maintaining our high technical standards, providing advice and guidance and developing our engineers and designers. He also provides technical consultancy to clients relating to Aviation and Oil Product Terminals.

Supinda Suttisaragorn

Supinda has worked extensively for banks and financial institutions in London and Frankfurt. Supinda's particular strengths include: Client Liaison & Communications Early client engagement, identification of project needs and key success factors; preparation of project plans and effective client reporting. Objective Setting Preparation and of project and corporate objectives, milestone monitoring and measurement of achievements. Supinda worked in London and Frankfurt before moving back to Asia full time in 2012 and is fluent in English, Thai and German. Supinda is an ardent proponent of continuous improvement which she applies to the company's commercial performance and client satisfaction in equal measure. Supinda's primary roles for Brightstar are tactical management, project forecasting & controls and business representation.
