Adebayo Phillips graduated from Babcock University and currently heads the Internal Audit and Control Unit. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and a Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (Nigerian Chapter). He had attended numerous trainings in areas not limited to Financials, Compliance (both KPMG and ICAN organized respectively), Anti-Money Laundering {AML/CFT}, Enterprise Risk Management, and supervisory management among others. Adebayo started his career in 2003 as a Finance/Admin Manager for GOP Network Ltd. After a year, he moved to Churchgate Group and worked as an Internal Auditor for 2 years. In 2006, he worked as a Resident Auditor/ Ag Finance Manager for Tantalizer Limited and worked with the organization for another two years. Intercontinental Homes Plc. (A subsidiary of Access Bank Plc) was another place where he developed his skills and expertise as he rose to become the Ag Head, Internal Control and Chief Inspector after occupying various posts such as Internal Controller (Head Office) and Branch Resident Controller for various branches within five years. He then worked as the Financial Manager at I-Cell Integrated Services Ltd before moving to Jagal Group in 2014. Adebayo has worked as the Head of Internal Control/Audit/Risk and Compliance for both Parkway Microfinance Bank Limited and Alliance & General Insurance Plc. respectively. With Adebayo's vast work experiences, expertise and professionalism spanning over Sixteen (16) years covering Finance, Accounting, Internal Auditing, Information Systems Audit And Banking Operations, proficiency in the use of many accounting software, he is indeed an Internal Audit Unit at Capital Bancorp Plc.

Dr. Babatunde Awobo Pearse joined the Board of Directors in December 2017, and is a seasoned professional in the Oil and Gas industry, having led various multi-functional teams managing large multimillion-dollar projects for over 30 years. Dr. Pearse is currently the Principal of Awobo Pearse Engineering Ltd., a firm providing Commercial, Development and Execution Consulting and Engineering services to the Energy, Utilities, Environmental and Infrastructure industries. Preceding this Dr. Pearse held various top positions in ExxonMobil, the largest Integrated Oil Company in the world. Positions such as the Development Planning General Manager, Executive Senior Project Manager Gas & Power, EM Development Executive Select Stage Manager, to name a few. He also spent an appreciable amount of time working for the company abroad, in locations as diverse as the USA, Indonesia and Kazakhstan. Prior to joining ExxonMobil Dr. Pearse spent a number of years in academia, lecturing and performing research in institutions such as the Department of Engineering Analysis, University of Lagos, and the Department of Chemical and Process Engineering, Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK. He has multiple publications available in respected engineering journals. His professional affiliations include membership of Nigerian Society of Engineers, NSE, and is also a registered Engineer (Council for the Regulation of Engineers in Nigeria). Dr. Pearse possesses a B.Sc. in Chemical & Process Engineering from the University of Surrey, England, UK and a Ph.D. in Chemical & Process Engineering from the University of Birmingham, England, UK. He is a member of the Metropolitan Club of Lagos, the Lagos Dining Club, the Lagos Motor Boat Club and the Ikoyi 1938 Club of Lagos.

Izuchukwu Nwaeze is a SEC sponsored Compliance expert at Capital Bancorp Plc. He obtained B.Sc. (Hons) Degree in Public Administration from Lead City University in 2014 and later, obtained Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) from the same University. He is an alumni of the Nigerian law School, Abuja Campus where he obtained Barrister at law (B.L) and thereafter called to the Nigerian Bar. He is an Accredited Practitioner with Corporate Affairs Commission. Before his appointment at Capital Bancorp Plc, he worked with Sky Capital and Financial Allied International Limited as the Chief Compliance and legal Officer. He held the same position at Mega Capital Ltd prior to his appointment with Sky Capital. He is a certified Data Protection Officer (DPO) and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).

Momah Obianuju holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Lead City University Ibadan and an MBA from the prestigious Lagos Business School. She is a Certified Banker with the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and Certified a Licenced Human Resources Professional by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.

Aigboje Higo is a seasoned Investment Banker, Stockbroker and Pension Fund Manager with over 34 years of exposure, and expertise in the Financial Service industry. Prior to working at Capital Bancorp Plc, Higo developed, progressed and advanced in his career. He was made the Managing Director/CEO of Pensions Alliance Limited; a subsidiary of FSDH from 2005 till 2009. Due to his hard work and impeccable commitment to professionalism, he was made a Director in FDSH Asset Management Limited from 2003 to 2009. Higo also functioned as the Chief Operating Officer at FSDH Securities Limited from 1995 till 2005. Earlier in his career, Higo worked as a Financial Analyst with Prudent Stockbrokers Ltd from 1987 to 1990 and rose to become the Manager for Corporate Finance at Prudent Merchant Bank Plc in 1990 and resigned in 1993. From 1993 till 1995, he worked as an Assistant Manager at Capital Bancorp Plc. In 1988, Higo became an Authorized Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers in 1993. Aigboje Higo studied International Business at Howard University, Washington D.C, and bagged his B.B.A in 1984 and was also awarded his M.B.A at American University, Washington D.C, USA, in 1985.

Mr. Akinsola Ale was appointed MD/CEO of Nigeria Reinsurance Corporation in July 2020. A graduate of Insurance from the University of Lagos (1989) and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII), London (1991). Akinsola has over 30 years working experience in and outside the Insurance Industry and over 25 years in top management positions. Five of those years have been as Managing Director/CEO in Organisations operating in diverse spectre of the economy ranging from Integrated Marketing Communications, Printing and Telecommunications Infrastructure Development. These challenges have broadened his knowledge base and made him a well-grounded Executive. As pioneer Head of Marketing and Business Development at Sovereign Trust Insurance Company Ltd (now Plc), he developed market penetration skills for a new entrant in the Insurance Industry as well as all the indices critical to the success of a new organisation with the attendant challenges both in the short term as well as the medium/long term. He was also the Divisional Head of Marketing and Operations at Royal Exchange Assurance (Nigeria) Plc for 8 years, he played pivotal roles in the various turn around and change management activities of the Organisation in order to achieve optimal organisational performance through proper staff motivation and process management. Prior to his appointment as the MD/CEO of Nigeria Reinsurance Corporation, he was Executive Director Technical Services of Nicon Insurance Ltd and briefly acted as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Nicon Insurance Limited. He was responsible for delivering on the enterprise-wide charge of steering the company to the path of sustainability and success and ensuring that the overall objectives of the organization are met. His prudent management of financial resources and strong decision-making policies, coupled with his professional trainings over the years, as well as his ability to relate well with people of diverse backgrounds will be a major asset in propelling the Corporation to a new height.

Olapo Oladeji is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and Chartered Institute of Taxation. Opeyemi Ayoola became the Head of Stockbroking Operations in Capital Bancorp Plc since 2008 till date. Opeyemi Ayoola has over Eleven years work experience in the Financial Services Industry. She has had diverse experience in the industry since she joined the Stockbroking Department of Capital Bancorp Plc. in September 2008. Opeyemi has brought so many innovations to the Operations of Stockbroking since she joined the Company. Opeyemi is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and she is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. She is an Authorized Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE). She started her career in 2002 by working as Head of Accounts & Admin at Silver Financial Services Limited. In 2004, she moved to Victory International Church, Ibadan, where she worked as an Accountant till 2006. Further into her career, Opeyemi worked as a Cost & Payroll Accountant at Niger Dock Nigeria Plc from 2006 to 2008. Since she joined Capital Bancorp, she has proven to be exceptional with her duties. She is a graduate of Caleb University where she was awarded her BSc. Accounting in 2017. She also attended The Polytechnic, Ibadan where she got her HND Accounting in year 2000.
