Associate Chartered Accountant, (ICAI) having experience over 6 and half years in different fields of statutory, internal audit and stock audit of companies, Systems and Management Audit and other Conceptual Audit, setting up of effective control systems, Management Consultancy, Tax Planning, Project Planning, Implementation and Finance etc. Apart from handling Project Financing, Taxation: National & International, Company Law and other Legal Matter, he has conducted several audits of private and public limited companies and has robust exposure in direct and indirect taxation, tax planning, project appraisal and report preparation and arranging finance through debt and private funding. Expertise in handling the complicated issues & able to give extended support in start up operations & systems improvement, HRMS. He is also qualified Company Secretary also, besides he holds certificates in advance excel, IFRS and GST from ICAI.
