Once assignment is made through Xactanalysis, Symbility, email, or custom API it is automatically imported into our inspection app. The claim parameters are set and qualified inspectors are given the choice to accept the assignment. The first qualified inspector who accepts the assignment makes inspection. The claim at the same time is assigned to a licensed desk adjuster...
