Andy Lutz

Mr. Lutz has advised on over 800 renewable energy projects worldwide, financing $2+ billion of projects in the last decade. Prior to that, he was in the public sector and the military. Mr. Lutz holds an Masters in Business Administration from the University of Denver, is LEED AP, and received the US Marine Corps Meritorious Unit Citation three times, the National Defense Medal, and the Select Marine Reserve Medal.

Brian Gafford

30 years of experience in the petrochemical & energy sector. Experience includes facility operation and maintenance management, environmental health and safety program development, process safety management, operator training and development, pipeline operations and management, startup and commissioning, computer maintenance management system development.

Greg DiCerbo

Mr. DiCerbo has over a decade of experience working in the renewable energy industry as a consultant for the Department of Energy office of EERE, ARPA-E and has had a leading focus on tech-to-market and developers in the field. His consulting work has focused on technology commercialization and project management with specialties in financial modeling and analysis. Mr. DiCerbo holds a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from Virginia Tech.

John Miller

John has 38 years of broad based experience in energy & related fields including program development & management, design engineering, project management, refining/processing, maintenance, logistics, highway, pipeline & rail transportation, environmental health & safety and personnel management & training. Sector experience includes petroleum, renewable energy and light & heavy industrial.

Kenton Guilbert

Mr. Guilbert has 20+ years' experience in business leadership, financial management, and project development. He has spent the past decade focused on sustainable energy in both internal executive positions and external consulting / advisor roles, most recently as an investment banker with Zynergy Capital. Prior to joining Zynergy, he held positions with Deloitte Consulting and Navigant Consulting focusing on mergers & acquisitions and financial investigations. Mr. Guilbert has testified as expert financial witness in civil and criminal court cases, holds a Masters in Business Administration in Finance (with highest distinction) from Carnegie Mellon University and is Series 79 & 63 licensed.
