Matt Clark is an experienced commercial manager and quantity surveyor with over 25 years industry experience. His career has taken him all over the UK where he has successfully managed a broad range of projects. These include healthcare, education, residential and mixed-use projects.
In 2014 Matt Clark began a new chapter in his career as a practitioner of his own consultancy business. Since then he has worked with a broad range of clients, contractors, specialist contractors and private individuals. He has supported clients across a wide range of industry sectors, providing commercial and contractual guidance and support.
He has applied his knowledge to good effect during negotiations, mediation and adjudication as well as in practical day to day commercial management.
Matt Clark is experienced in both advising clients about mitigating risk as well as dealing with and managing claims and disputes when they do occur.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the Society of Construction Law.

Matt Lindsay is a Chartered Builder with over 15 years experience in the construction industry. He started his career working for large main contractors working in a variety of roles. These include site engineer, site manager and planning manager.
Since 2016, Matt Lindsay has been working in the field of delay analysis. In his role at Chronos, he supports clients with delay related construction disputes. He has a wealth of experience in the compilation of reports for extensions of time. Matt understands the importance of using the appropriate techniques and methods of analysis for the dispute. He has supported clients in a range of dispute resolution forums, particularly in adjudication, as well as arbitration and preparation for court.
Matt has also been appointed as an expert witness and has compiled a peer review of the planning and logistics for a significant multi-phased development.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), has a BSc in Construction Management and an MSc in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution.
A consummate professional, Nicholas Hall is a meticulous and reliable claims consultant.
Nicholas's 22 years of experience includes planning, delay analysis, structural design, quality assurance and site supervision. He has worked across sectors including infrastructure, petrochemical, rail and tunnel projects.
Nicholas Hall has obtained an LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Nicholas is familiar with most current standard forms of contract and is skilled in the use of Primavera Project Planner P6 and P3 software.
To date, Nicholas's geographical experience includes Oman, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sudan, United Arab Emirates, South Korean, United Kingdom, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Qatar.

Nigel Clifford is a chartered civil engineer with 32 years of continuous industry experience. He is also a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and an experienced forensic delay analyst.
Nigel started his career in bridge design, assessment and construction supervision. He then spent some time working on light railway infrastructure maintenance. In that period, he was project manager on multi-million pound schemes in the UK, Hong Kong, and the UAE. One particular highlight was the role of resident engineer on a landmark bridge scheme in Abu Dhabi.
From 2010 onwards Nigel has specialised in forensic delay analysis. In addition he is specialised in the programme and project management of ‘distressed' projects. He regularly deals with post completion claims and dispute resolution via adjudication and mediation. He has recently attained a Level 7 BTEC Advanced Award in Forensic Delay Analysis.
In addition to his day job, Nigel currently chairs the University of Brighton's Civil Engineering Industrial Advisory Board. This voluntary role works to incorporate industry influence into the student's curriculum.

Richard Latham is a Chartered Builder with over 15 years' experience. He started his career working for large main contractors in site engineering and site management.
Richard has also spent time running small construction companies. This has given him an insight into the commercial pressures our clients are under every day. And more recently, his involvement in major feasibility studies for large residential developments and hospital facilities. He has also been involved in delay disputes and compiled reports on claims for extensions of time using a variety of techniques.
Richard Latham has a BSc Construction Management Degree. He is currently undertaking an MSc in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution at King's College London. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building.

Steve Hardy is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, commercial leader and problem solver with 32 years of experience.
He has spent the majority of his career working for large main contractors where he held commercial director roles for 12 years.
In 2017 Steve Hardy started his own consultancy business providing commercial and contractual solutions for the construction industry.
He has led and resolved several large commercial disputes through negotiation, adjudication and mediation. He also provides contractual risk management advice for employers, main contractors and specialist subcontractors at tender and post-contract stages.
Steve has extensive experience in preparing and assessing claims for contract change, extensions of time and loss and expense. He has supported clients across a wide range of industry sectors and contractual arrangements.
Steve is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and the Society of Construction Law.

Tim Marlow is a Chartered Builder and expert delay analyst with over 30 years' experience. He started his career working for large UK based main contractors in planning and scheduling.
Tim Marlow now specialises in delay analysis and has compiled reports on delay as an expert witness. He has also compiled reports supporting or assessing claims for extensions of time.
Over the course of his career, Tim has been involved in the preparation and critical path analysis of construction programmes, resource scheduling, and programme monitoring of major building projects. His experience has seen him work on construction projects throughout the UK and internationally. For almost 15 years, Tim has specialised in the analysis of delay.
Tim Marlow is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, a Corporate Board Panel Member of the Dispute Board Federation, a member of both the Academy of Experts and the Expert Witness Institute. He also holds an MSc Construction Law & Dispute Resolution.
