Originally, City Plumbing Supply was located at 509 E. Juan Linn St. directly across the street from his family's Victoria Plumbing Co. In 1986, Xavier opened a second location at 4305 N. Vine Street. Five years later, after the Vine Street location really began to hold its own water", Xavier made the decision to close the Juan Linn store. It was decided to move all inventory and employees to the Vine Street location...
