Atlanta Hernandez

Atlanta is a USAF Veteran originally from Upstate NY. Growing up around lacrosse, she believes in sharing and preserving the foundations of this indigenous sport deeply rooted in her home. Atlanta has worked in youth programs since high school, coached cheerleading, and serves as a founding member, as well as brand and marketing specialist for Coastal Crush. Atlanta has a professional background in graphic communications, photography, and marketing. As the mother of two lacrosse athletes, the growth of the game in Hampton Roads is incredibly important to her. As she and her family are Yorktown residents, Atlanta provides a strong voice on our team for peninsula representation.

Catherine "Caddie" Hardy

Caddie has over 20 years of lacrosse experience. She was a three-sport athlete all four years at New England College in soccer, basketball, and lacrosse. Caddie has extensive coaching experience as the Assistant Woman's Lacrosse Coach at New England College, head coach at Hartwick College and Bridgewater State University. Locally, Caddie serves on the board of HRLAX and US Lacrosse Tidewater. Caddie is a founding member of Coastal Crush, the volunteer Chief Operating Officer, Director of Crush Elite Girls Travel program, and Head Coach of Crush Elite 2024 team. Caddie comes from a lacrosse family where her husband, an active duty US Navy Diver, and her father are both heavily involved in the local lacrosse community. Caddie's two children, Emma and Liam, are active lacrosse athletes. Caddie is passionate about building a true culture for lacrosse in Hampton Roads and a recruiting pipeline for college athletes. Her experience with coaching and admissions at the collegiate level provides valuable insight for Crush Elite and the recruiting process.

Lauren Logan

Lauren is a Virginia Beach native, college lacrosse player, and experienced coach. Lauren walked on her NCAA DIII college lacrosse team as a sophomore, at Mary Baldwin, where she played lacrosse for her last 3 years. Lauren has over 10 years of lacrosse coaching experience from 8U to Varsity. Lauren has a deep sports background with a Masters in Sports Administration and having previously worked as Virginia Beach Program Director and 5K Director at Girls on the Run. As founding member of Coastal Crush, volunteer CFO, and Travel Director for Crush Elite, Lauren manages the finances, technology, and systems for Crush and coordinates the travel schedule for Crush Elite. Lauren also coaches the 2024 Crush Elite team. Lauren's three children Tucker, Summerlin, and Molly Ryan are involved in lacrosse and many other activities. Lauren is excited to grow a pipeline of competitive lacrosse athletes in Hampton Roads.

Toni Auld

Toni is a lifelong athlete. She played basketball in college at Minnesota State University, Mankato, lettered in multiple sports in high school, and currently plays adult soccer. She has extensive experience coaching youth lacrosse with over 10-years of experience as a boys lacrosse coach from 8U - middle school, including competitive travel teams. Additionally, she has 6-years of experience as a girls lacrosse coach from 8U - middle school, including competitive travel teams. As a founding member and Crush's Volunteer CEO, her primary focus is on player and coach development. Toni is very active in her community as a volunteer. In addition to lacrosse, she donates her time as a Girl Scout and Cub Scout leader, and a school volunteer. Toni's two children, Kieron and Reilly, are lacrosse athletes in addition to other activities. Toni is passionate about growing the lacrosse community in Hampton Roads and partnering with universities and schools to grow the game and develop new players.
