CONSTANCE COUNSELING

Holistic mindfulness-based approach to the treatment of trauma, addiction, depression, and anxiety as well as other mental health disorders... I approach counseling as a collaboration between therapist and client with the goal of helping them re-discover their innate ability to heal and become whole again. My approach to therapy sessions utilizes a mix of Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness-Based Resource Building, and Cognitive-Based therapies in hopes of gaining insight and resolution into patterns and issues that derail us from living a value-centered existence.
