Since joining the company in 2001, Brian McMurray has been integral to Denholtz Properties' substantial growth. In his role as Director of Human Resources, Brian manages all human resources initiatives including benefits, compensation, labor and employee relations, employment policies and procedures and office administration. He holds a BB A in Marketing and Management from the University of Texas at El Paso and an MBA in Human Resources Management from City University of New York - Baruch College. Christina Jordan joined Denholtz Properties in 2010. In her role as Director of Marketing and Investor Relations, Christina oversees Denholtz Properties' leasing strategy including the administration, negotiation, tracking and execution of leases throughout the Denholtz portfolio. Additionally, she is also responsible for overseeing the company's marketing, communications and public relations, while expanding their brand and web presence to new and existing investors, brokers and tenants. For over two decades, Gary has been responsible for helping to manage Denholtz Properties' New Jersey commercial real estate portfolio. In this role, he oversees the operations, capital improvements, tenant improvements, and tenant relations for Denholtz Properties' expansive office, industrial, residential, and retail portfolio. Gary is a 2x BOMA award winner for renovated building of the year (30 Montgomery JC) and industrial park of the year (Fairfield Business Center). Gary holds a BS from the University of Dayton. He also serves as a trustee for the Knights of Columbus, Member of Finance Council for Our Lady of The Valley Church and Autism Speaks Walkathon Team Captain.

Greg Brown joined Denholtz Properties as Chief Operating Officer in 2020. Greg comes to Denholtz with a diverse experience over his 20+ year real estate career. He is passionate about the utilization of technology and information to increase organizational efficiencies and profitability. Prior to Greg's arrival, he served as Managing Director of a premier New Jersey commercial real estate brokerage company. And prior to that, was COO of a real estate development and management company in central Florida. At Denholtz, Greg will oversee day-to-day operations of the entire firm as well as Asset Management, Property Management, Leasing, Marketing and Technology. He will leverage his front-line experience in real estate transactions, raising capital and management to help chart the company's path for the next decade.
Greg has a BA from George Mason University in Communication/Global Systems and holds Series 7 & 63 securities licenses.

Jenniffer Collins joined Denholtz Properties as Chief Financial Officer in November of 2020. Jenniffer comes to Denholtz with a three-decade-long career in real estate and financial management in her new position as CFO. She is focused on maximizing efficiency across the organization through the streamlining of internal processes and identifying novel applications of the latest financial technologies. Leveraging an extensive background in business intelligence, budgeting, forecasting and strategy, Jenniffer works closely with the firm's executive team to provide the real-time, actionable financial insights needed to make data-driven investment decisions. Prior to joining Denholtz, Jenniffer has held the CFO, VP of Finance and Corporate Controller positions for several public companies including the VP-Controller position at The Lightstone Group, for their Lightstone Value Plus REIT, Inc. and Lightstone Value Plus REIT II, Inc. She has also served as a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee for Manasquan Bank since 2017. Jenniffer has a BS from Lehigh University in Accounting.

JP Josephson is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of prospective acquisitions for Denholtz Associates. He brings over 17 years of real estate experience in a wide variety of capacities. He has been directly involved in almost $1.5 billion of principal investment acquisitions, totaling over 7 million square feet of real estate while he was a partner at JBK Capital and SVP at Montecito Property Company. Additionally, he has extensive experience on the debt side, having successfully negotiated the modification of over $300 million of defaulted debt for clients, managed loan pools totaling over $2.5 billion while at LNR, and has been involved in over $5 billion of CMBS securitizations while at UBS. Mr. Josephson holds a B.S. from Washington and Lee University.

Kristine B. Hurlbut, Senior Vice President of Leasing, has been with the Company since 1990. Ms. Hurlbut is a current Board Member of CoreNet NJ and Co-Chair of its Diversity Equity Inclusion (DEI) committee, an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) as well as a former Board Member of CREW - NJ. She has been featured in articles in Real Estate New Jersey, Commercial Property News and NJ Biz. Ms. Hurlbut has a B.S. from Kean University and an A.P.C. in Real Estate from New York University.

Michael Prashad joined Denholtz Properties in April 2022 as the new in-house General Counsel and is part of the Company's executive team. As General Counsel, Michael oversees all legal matters, including advising on issues relating to corporate governance, securities, joint ventures, and real estate transactions.
Michael joined Denholtz after formerly serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Holmdel-based Monmouth Real Investment Corporation for 7 years. With more than 12 years of commercial real estate and corporate legal expertise, Michael has proven to be a tremendous asset to Denholtz Properties.

Stephen Cassidy is President of Denholtz Properties. Since 2002, Stephen has been an integral part of shaping the firm's overall investment strategy and has been able to substantially grow a portfolio of residential, industrial, office, and retail projects throughout New Jersey and Florida. His deep knowledge of capital markets has allowed Stephen to work with leading financial institutions in both debt and equity as part of the company's expansion. Stephen also oversees the investor focus of Denholtz Properties' Accredited Investor program and is a frequent speaker having been a pioneer in the crowdfunding movement of commercial real estate. Implementing applications of the latest real estate technologies that have increased the company's profitability and enhanced their ability to execute complex projects in a variety of markets have been critical in realizing above market investor returns under Stephen's leadership.
Stephen, a licensed Certified Public Accountant, is a member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He holds a B.S. and an M.S. from Rutgers University and is an Advisory Board Member of the Rutgers Business School Center for Real Estate.
Steven Denholtz, Chief Executive Officer, has been with the Company since 1983. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the Company as well as its capital structure, supervision of all development opportunities, and spearheading of business development. Under his stewardship, the Company has grown to more than 60 employees and doubled the square footage it owns and manages. Mr. Denholtz has served as a Board Member for the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, Treasurer and Board of Trustees Member of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Board Member of Meridian Health Affiliated Foundations, and is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association. He has a B.A. and M.A. from Northwestern University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
