Eric began his investment industry career in 1992 and joined Stifel in 2009. He has built his practice by developing and retaining long-lasting relationships. By understanding his clients' goals, he is able to provide them with clear, personalized investment strategies to help them move forward. This customized approach is designed to help grow, preserve, and transfer wealth over multiple generations by delivering top-tier, professional client service.
As a Brainerd Lakes area native, Eric attended Brainerd High School and earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Bemidji State University. He earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc., which identifies those individuals who have met the experience requirements of the CFP Board, have successfully completed financial planning coursework, and have passed the CFP® Certification Examination. He also holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation.
Active in his community, Eric is a board director for the Brainerd Sports Boosters, a member of the Round Lake Improvement Association (RLIA), and treasurer of The Woods Homeowners Association.
Eric enjoys hunting, golfing, fishing, and spending time outdoors. He and his wife, Julie, are parents of Kaylee, Mackenzie, Avery, and Keegan, and grandparents of JP and Teddy (sons of Kaylee and her husband, Jack).
Ilene joined the DG Wealth Management Group in 2006 and serves as the first point of contact for clients and prospects. She is responsible for scheduling appointments, assisting clients in setting up their online services, opening accounts, and processing client paperwork. She also plans and organizes client appreciation events and is the office photographer.
Outside the office, Ilene supports Walk for Diabetes, Mounted Eagles Therapeutic Horsemanship, and Kinship Partners. She spends her spare time horseback riding, biking, taking photographs, and gardening. Ilene is married and enjoys spending time with her large extended family.

Lora began her investment industry career in 2000 and joined Stifel in 2009. Her analytical and numeric strengths help her to develop, create, and implement the technical processes required in our investment planning platforms. She creates and implements all life insurance, annuity, and long-term care insurance proposals. Lora enjoys the personal interactions and developing long-term relationships with clients while assisting in the development of their personalized plans.
Lora earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Bemidji State University and holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation. She is an active member of the Brainerd Sports Boosters, serving on the board of directors and as the club's treasurer. In addition, Lora supports the Mid-Minnesota Women's Center, the United Way, and Ruby's Pantry.
Outside the office, Lora enjoys spending time with her family, attending local sporting events, and fishing. Lora and her husband, Tom, have three children - Heather, Nicolette (husband Neil), and TJ (wife Gracie) - as well as two grandkids, Jayven & Lily.
