She has a broad exposure to a range of industries including food & beverages, healthcare & beauty/personal care, fine fragrances and home care. Her different positions gave her experience in strategically managing local, regional and global brands.

David White

With a wealth of FMCG experience spanning over 25 years, David is well equipped to succeed for Clients and Partners across Retail, Foodservice and Out of Home channels. Having led high performing teams at Lactalis, Diageo, Arnott's, Layby Services and Mars, David brings a collaborative, pragmatic and energetic approach with an entrepreneurial flare. He has a growth mindset, with the vision and strategy to deliver long term results for Clients, Customers and Brand owners.

Felice Testini - Founder

Felice "Persistence" Testini is the guy you want on your team - and we're happy to say he's at the forefront of ours! As any brand owner knows, getting your product on shelf is one story, keeping it there is another. The game is spirited and the competition is tough, but Felice understands it like no other and puts his full force behind brands he truly believes in. What is this strength of force, you ask? He disarms with charm and solves problems with gentle suggestions and smart connections. We're not exaggerating when we say that Felice is the person who ‘knows' everyone in the food game. With over 30 years of experience in the FMCG and grocery markets internationally, his networks are quite astounding. Felice knows what it takes to launch a brand into the grocery market successfully and DKSH Grocery Connect partners and retailers are the beneficiaries of his hands on know how and networks. After many years of running successful field companies overseas and within Australia, Felice teamed up with Steven Clemans in 1998 to form DKSH Grocery Connect; offering a totally integrated model of logistics, finance, marketing, sales and relationship management. He continues to work closely with our retail partners, like Woolworths and Coles, to help find innovative ways to grow categories and to stay relevant in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

Glenn Evans

FMCG is engrained in Glenn's DNA. From the age of 17 pushing trolleys in from the carpark in a supermarket in Sydney's South, working in supermarkets whilst completing a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) degree at the University of Wollongong, and all the way through his Sales career from a rep on the road to currently heading up the Sales function at DKSH Grocery Connect. An experienced Senior Sales Manager, with 15+ years experience across a broad range of sales functions and direct customer management across every major retailer in the Australian FMCG landscape, Glenn came to DKSH Grocery Connect in December 2020, working with a highly engaged team across all brands and customers. Glenn has forged a career to date that saw successful stints with two well known family owned businesses in Australia. 12.5 years at Valcorp Fine Foods and 3.5 years at Vittoria Food and Beverage representing a raft of brands (both as a distributor model and company owned) in a multitude of categories. There aren't many that he hasn't touched or had exposure to! These roles saw him liaise with both internal and external stakeholders along with the customer to deliver strategies that will deliver consistent, profitable sales growth across the portfolio of brands in very competitive categories.

Ludo Savelli

Ludo has an experience gained over 15 years of senior Sales and Category leadership positions in Australia, New Zeland and France. He worked for companies such as Asahi Beverages, Lion Dairy & Drinks, Beiersdorf, Pepsico and Colgate-Palmolive. Ludo is responsible for managing client relationships, by providing business insights, category management and capitalising on growth opportunities. He is working cross-functionally to deliver timely reporting on Sales, A&P spend, commercial finance analysis and category insights to support the business unit and clients.

Mithil Patel
