Dr. Devendra Singh Bisht

Dr. Devendra Singh Bisht completed his graduation & post-graduation from King George Medical University, Lucknow. He has been trained in both radial and femoral access route of angiograms and coronary interventions. During his fellowship, he is one of the pioneer operators who have started the ulnar access intervention program in India and got it recognised on the world stage. He has comprehensive knowledge on the different diseases of the heart and blood vessels and the procedures involved in their diagnosis and treatment. He has had good exposure to Electrophysiology, devices and peripheral vascular interventions. He has an excellent track record of academic achievements. He had presented multiple research papers in various national & international conferences and had published about 70 research papers in leading national and international journals. He was an Integral member in the "Anatomical Classifications of the Coronary Sinus" and "the Palmar Arch", both of which have been presented by himself at ACC Meets, USA and ESC congress, Spain. He was invited as a guest faculty for presentation of his research at Washington DC, ESC Barcelona and Euro-PCR Paris. He is the pioneer investigators of two "Late breaking clinical trials" which got recognised at prestigious ACC conferece San Diego, USA 2015 and EuroPCR Paris 2015. He wrote a book on "Clinical Assessment of Palmar Circulation" (Lambert Academic Publishing, Germany). He has been a part of the Editorial team of the Indian Journal of Cardiology since 2012. He has been recently certified with the "Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates" (ECFMG) from USA.
