ENVIROBE

Envirobe Inc. was the brain child of George Washington University student Manyung Emma Hon and New York University School of Medicine MD/PhD student Samuel J. Magaziner. Envirobe was forged in the fires of the 2019 GWU New Venture Competition, the 9th largest collegiate competition in the United States, where, under the team name ‘Plast-ways,' they won a number of prizes, including 1st place in the Technology track, and established Envirobe Inc. The same year, they participated in GWU Summer Startup Accelerator and TEDCO. The experience they gained guided them to become the winner of technology track at the NYU 300K Entrepreneur Challenge, third place at the ClimateTech and Energy Prize @ MIT, and a semi-fin alist at Rice Business Plan Competition.
