Mike Severson of MASCO was an extremely valued resource we retained and relied on for numerous matters while I was Director of Operations at Sears Tower. In addition to helping us develop and evaluate electricity generation and various heating and cooling solutions for this property, we retained MASCO to verify our electricity billing several properties including Sears Tower. As a result of MASCO's work with these properties, we received over a half a million dollars in refunds.
