TILT & LOAD TOW DOLLY

We have been in the trailer and tow dolly manufacturing and repair business for many years and have seen what works and doesn't. We have repaired many dollys. Welds cracking or breaking at the pivot bolt area and even the whole carrying pan coming completely off the dolly, Ramps breaking off and axles getting knocked out of alignment and wearing tires out are common. Note* Our dollies have a rectangular boxed frame with 2 main cross rails and a 6" wide axle mount to for structural strength and to eliminate/minimize axles getting knocked out of align eas... We build the shipping crates so they can be used for other things to help justify the additional shipping/crate charge. The top of the crate is screwed on so it can be removed easily. They have sturdy corner braces. The crates make excellent storage cabinets or they can be disassembled and the wood used for other projects. They are built with 1/2" plywood and 2x4's.
