Heather has real life experience, can empathise with frontline personnel and help provide value add practical solutions. Heather has a Diploma in Health & Safety and was a previous Director of a construction company overseeing many residential building projects. Heather has also worked with several clients to improve management systems, audits, industrial equipment risk reviews, work method statements, and risk workshops across high risk industries, e.g. construction, facilities management, events and government.

Hollie Seibold

Hollie is a program designer, facilitator, and wellbeing educator, with more than 15 years' experience as a teacher. Her vast experience as a project co-ordinator and operations manager gives her a unique perspective to meet and fulfill your organisational needs. Hollie is a motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic person. She takes an inquisitive, informed, and practical approach, working collaboratively with both colleagues and clients to help them gain awareness of their strengths and weaknesses, build positivity and arming them with the tools they need to succeed and thrive. Margy has a proven track record in clinical governance and research and was awarded a Fellowship with the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust. Marina Reid Wilson

Marina is an experienced Registered Psychologist and Masters-qualified Coach with over 15 years' experience in executive coaching, workshop design and facilitation and psychological assessment. Marina designs tailored solutions in response to both individual and organizational challenges. Marina is particularly passionate about organizational health and wellbeing, supporting leaders to create positive work environments.
