Marie began her career in 1981 working as a mechanical designer right out of school. After 15 years, Marie moved to a design-build construction firm and managed a division of the business constructing data centers, hospitals and other critical environments. Ultimately, Marie joined a Fortune 300 Company, managing the global real estate group encompassing transactions (leasing) management, construction and engineering and facilities management. The global portfolio encompassed 10M sq. ft. of leased and owned properties, $65M construction budget and $150M OpEx budget. Marie's experience in sitting behind the desk of each key aspect of the real estate market, position her to lead a successful team to deliver results.
