Grant Sports & Performance Therapy takes the time to listen and learn about each athlete. We record desired achievements and will drive performance or therapy programs toward those goals. We design solutions to meet objectives, adjusting and measuring outcomes based on an athlete's response to training - all the while maintaining a positive approach to client development... Programs at Grant Sports & Performance Therapy are individualized to fit specific sports performance goals. For some clients, adding power to a golf or baseball swing is a priority. For others, regaining strength and increasing range of motion following an injury is the focus. At Grant Sports & Performance Therapy, we listen to our clients, and then we work with you to develop a personalized training program that helps achieve personal goals.
