Attorney Kelcy Johnston is an associate with Grover Loudermilk, PLLC. She attended law school at Texas A&M, where she participated in the law school's Probate and Estate Planning Clinic. Kelcy grew up in a small town east of Houston knowing simply that she wanted to help people. After considering a career in education or medicine, Kelcy settled on law as the best use of her skills. While still in law school, she narrowed her focus to estate planning and administration, and her skills and strengths dovetail perfectly with the needs of the firm's clients. She is especially adept at case management and client communication. Kelcy understands that planning for an uncertain future, or dealing with the loss of a loved one, can be deeply challenging times for her clients. She approaches their legal matters not only with competence and efficiency, but with calm and a deep compassion. Kelcy's demeanor invites clients to trust her, and her attention to detail assures them that their legal needs are being thoroughly addressed. When not working, Kelcy enjoys being outdoors and active (she was on a national champion wakeboarding team in college). Daniel A. Cook

Daniel Andrew Cook joined Grover Loudermilk in 2021. He brings extensive litigation experience to the Firm, having tried numerous cases as lead counsel and presented cases to courts of appeal throughout the state of Texas, from Texarkana to Corpus Christi. Daniel has found truth in the adage that "You can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar." When working to resolve a case for a client, he tries to establish a positive relationship with opposing counsel and finds that cooperation usually leads to the best resolutions. As a zealous advocate for his clients' rights, Daniel never loses sight of his end goal: achieving a favorable resolution of his clients' cases. Meticulous in his preparation and thorough in his investigation and analysis, Daniel takes pride in his strong work ethic, his keen attention to detail, and his creative problem-solving skills. Ultimately, this preparation benefits his clients, who can take comfort knowing that when Daniel is handling a case, he leaves no stone unturned. A native of Oklahoma City, Daniel began his career in East Texas with a boutique civil litigation firm where he represented plaintiffs and defendants in civil matters involving personal injuries, minimum wage and overtime claims, business disputes, and probate and estate litigation matters. Now Daniel focuses his practice entirely on probate, trust, and estate litigation. While he was a student at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, he served as the Articles Editor for the American Indian Law Review. He also served as a Director of the Smith County Young Lawyers Association. Daniel is married and has three dogs. When he's not practicing law, he enjoys traveling, cooking, fly-fishing, and listening to live music. Michael J. Grover

Michael James Grover is a founding partner of Grover Loudermilk, PLLC. Mike grew up in Colleyville, and Tarrant County has always been his home. Before he moved to Fort Worth to establish Grover Loudermilk, Mike owned his own firm in Grapevine. His practice focuses on estate planning, elder law, guardianships, probate, and estate administration. During his first year after graduating from law school, Mike worked for a boutique estate planning and elder law firm. He then opened his own firm in Grapevine to continue providing services focused on those areas. Several years later, he became a staff attorney at Tarrant County Probate Court No. 2, working for Judge Pat Ferchill (now retired). Mike's practice focuses on guardianships, probate, estate administration, and estate planning, including elder law.

Bob Loudermilk is a founding partner of Grover Loudermilk, PLLC. A lifelong resident of Fort Worth, Bob dedicates his probate and estate practice to serving individuals, families, and businesses throughout Tarrant County. His extensive experience and his in-depth knowledge of Texas law and process benefit clients in many different situations and circumstances. His practice covers the full range of matters that can arise, including contested probate matters. After graduating from law school, Bob had his own practice for several years. He then became a staff attorney for Tarrant County Probate Court No. 2, working for Judge Pat Ferchill (now retired). After three years at the Court, Bob returned to private practice. He joined one of Fort Worth's top boutique estate planning and probate firms, where he worked for three years. He then joined a small, well-established, Fort Worth real estate and transactional firm, where he headed the firm's estate planning and probate practice. Through his service at the Probate Court, Bob met Mike Grover, who also focused his practice on probate and estate work. The two became close friends as well as professional colleagues. In August 2019, after several years of discussing setting up a practice together, the two accomplished attorneys established the firm of Grover Loudermilk to provide legal services relating to probate and estates for Tarrant County clients. Estate planning, probate and estate administration, and guardianships form the core focus of Bob's practice. His background in real estate enables him to handle probate and estate matters that require resolution of issues or completion of transactions relating to real property, which adds an important dimension to Bob's practice. He also assists clients with a broad range of real estate transactions outside the probate and estate context. Bob's extensive experience in Texas probate and estate law benefits clients in many different situations and circumstances, including contested probate matters, guardianships, estate administration, estate planning, and real estate.
