Joe Haley has has served in auditing, reimbursement and finance positions for a leading health insurance company, hospital systems and entrepreneurial ventures.
Joe's expertise includes developing operating and capital budgets, cash flow projections and business metrics, and has assisted with acquisition of capital to meet short and long term financing needs. Joe has been a valuable member of the management team in preparing company profiles to present to potential acquirers and leading the team through financial due diligence and successful closings.
Joe has worked as a Senior Auditor with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island, the largest payer in the state; the Director of Reimbursement for Butler Hospital, a Care New England affiliate and the leading adult psychiatric hospital in southern New England; Director of Finance for South County Hospital, a preeminent resource for healthcare in southern Rhode Island; and Chief Financial Officer for start-up ventures EvoCare, Respiratory Solutions, Infusion Resource and Care Resource. Joe joined Healthcare Strategies as a partner in 2004.
