(Hadia Institute of Management, IT & Educational Training) was organized as a non profit, non-political, non-religious, voluntary educational society and social welfare organization and was registered in 2005-06 with its registered office at P-31/1 Saratpally, Midnapore P.O. Midnapore Dist. PaschimMedinipore, West Bengal vide Regn. No.-S/IL/35584. The society opened its main Branch at Nimtouri (Kulberia) Tamluk of PurbaMedinipore District and started computer aided professional primary teachers training Course which was non- academic part- time course and trained up about 100 students. Next year training on Entrance Exam. of MBA i.e. CAT.MAT, XAT etc., was started taking Franchisee from Career Forum, Pune, at Kharagpore Town of PaschimMedinipore District and trained up about 80 students. In 2008, it started its computer training course with its 11 branches, taking affiliation from West Bengal State Council of Technical Education and trained up above 200 students and placed above 50%..
