Holly Hill Construction & Real Estate was founded in 2000 by Drew Lancaster. We started in construction, then grew into real estate investment and management as an outflow of being in the housing space. We are a hard-working team that values each other, and strives to serve one another each and every day... Holly Hill Construction is made of four different business units: Chattanooga Dock Builders, Restore Roofing and H&H Property Management, and Rock Point Real Estate. Each share the same mission and vision, and benefit from being part of a bigger family.
