Neoprene is temperature sensitive and has a low roll temperature control range of between 35 and 45 °C. No need for refining, direct feeding after roughing, in order to prevent scorch, full-chloroprene rubber calendering rubber hot conditions. The hot-melt rubber is continuously fed by a special open mill to the calender.
