ID Issuer is the chosen legal entity by the Member State responsible for generating and issuing unique identifiers... Do we have to for all the clients of our accounting service under field Username, enter our username as a assignee, or enter a different username for each party?... We are a accounting service authorized to represent clients in tax and customs procedures, can we also apply for this system and register our clients on their behalf?
