He has more than 15 years' experience in Corporate Compliance Management, Finance, Accounts and Taxation. Apart from secretarial matters, he has rich experience in entire gamut of accounting & finance operations entailing preparation & maintenance of statutory books of accounts and administering the finalization of year-end financial statements. He is well experienced in liasoning with various Government authorities in connection with Corporate Law, Income Tax and Indirect Tax Law related matters.
