Audrey is a staff accountant at Kudlow Ye and joined the firm in 2015. She graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2018 with a Master of Accounting and passed the Common Final Examination (CFE) in November 2018. She has experience in filing personal tax returns, corporate tax returns, and assurance engagements, primarily with clients in the entertainment industry.
Billy graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2018 with a Bachelor of Mathematics. He was introduced to public accounting at a young age. Consequently, he has extensive experience in handling complex accounting\tax issues.

James is an accountant and auditor at Kudlow Ye. His professional experience includes corporate and personal tax returns, audit, film and television production accounting. His practice focuses on auditing and claiming of film and television, digital media, computer animation & special effects and other tax credits, preparing corporate tax returns for the companies in entertainment industry.
James obtained his Master of Science from University of Ottawa and MBA in China.

Jimmy has been in public practice serving owner-managed businesses for over 28 years. He focuses on the arts and entertainment industry and specializes in accounting, taxation, and reporting for film and television productions. His expertise includes film and television tax credits, Computer Animation and Special Effects Tax Credits (OCASE), Ontario Interactive Digital Media Tax Credits (OIDMTC), and Scientific Research and Experimental Development tax credits (SRED).
Since the introduction of the film and other media tax credits in 1995/1996, Jimmy has been involved with over 500 film, television and new media productions. He has been assisting film and television producers with budgeting, financing, cash flow management, business affairs, liaison with CAVCO and OMDC, audit of production cost reports and the claiming of these federal and provincial film tax credits.
Jimmy is a graduate of Tsinghua University (China) with a BASC in Engineering. Subsequently, he immigrated to Canada in 1989 and continued his studies by completing his MBA from the University of Toronto. He received his Certified General Accountant (CGA) designation in 1993 and qualified as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) in 1998. Jimmy became a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) in 2000.
Kim joined Kudlow Ye in year 2017, she graduated from Brock University with Master of Accountancy degree in 2015 and received her official CPA designation in December 2018.
The major services she provides to the clients include personal and corporation income tax, as well as the corporate tax and remuneration planning. She has experience with the tax credits for the film and media industry such as Canadian Film or Video Production Tax Credit (CPTC), Ontario Film and Television Tax Credits (OFTTC), and Ontario Production Service Tax Credits (OPSTC). She also has experience of assurance engagement and effectively communicates with the clients and CRA.
Nick is a graduate of Pickering College and Shaw Business College, where he completed and obtained a business software specialist diploma. Nick joined Kudlow Ye in 2002. As office manager, Nick has extensive experience assisting all active clients at Kudlow Ye with scheduling of appointments, answering tax related enquiries, assisting with income tax processing review and CRA audits. Nick is also responsible for the quality review and assembly of all corporate and personal tax returns prepared by the Kudlow team.

Rebecca is a tax manager at Kudlow Ye and joined the firm in 2012. She passed the Common Final Examination (CFE) in 2018 and received her CPA designation as well as her Public Accounting License in 2019. She also obtained her University Certificate in Accounting from Athabasca University in 2016 as well as her Bachelor of Education and related teaching certification from McGill University in 2012.

Sabih is a senior tax manager at Kudlow Ye and joined the firm in 2012. He passed the UFE in 2011 and received his legacy CA and CPA designation in 2015. Prior to that, he obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toronto, Scarborough in 2011.
Sabih has extensive experience providing services to a wide range of clients in various industries, providing corporate and personal tax planning services to owner-managed operations and small businesses. He also specializes in US taxation and deals with Canadian and US tax issues for cross-border clients or dual citizens. He also has experience working with clients in the arts and entertainment industry, fulfilling their assurance needs, advising them and calculating the various film tax credits.
