Mr. Coutts has worked globally across banking and asset management for over 25 years. Ali Anwar - Managing Director
Ali Anwar is a Managing Director and the Middle East Practice Leader with Alvarez & Marsal Global Transaction Advisory Group in Dubai. He brings more than 18 years of professional services experience.
Based in the Middle East for over a decade, Mr. Anwar's core expertise is advising sovereign wealth funds, global and regional private equity firms, multinational corporations and family offices on M&A and capital markets transactions as a financial due diligence advisor. He also leads integrated due diligence engagements that include a combination of financial, commercial, operational, technical, IT, digital and tax due diligence workstreams.
