Ian D. Arvin

Ian is an advisor to FusionIQ and the owner of Innovative Quant Solutions, LLC (IQS). Since 2004 Ian has created cutting-edge institutional-caliber stock models, proprietary tactical indicators and specialized financial technology for numerous institutional asset managers and hedge funds. Prior to founding IQS, Ian was a Principal at Independence Investments, a quantitative investment company with nearly $40 billion in AUM. As a Portfolio Manager and Director of Product Development and Research, Ian redesigned the stock selection process to incorporate sector-based valuations and implemented strategies for taxable portfolios. Ian is a graduate of Cornell University with a BS in Applied & Engineering Physics, and a MBA in Financial Engineering from MIT Sloan School of Management. Before studying at MIT, Ian worked as a Consulting Pension Actuary, where Ian became an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, Enrolled Actuary, and Member of American Academy of Actuaries. Ian is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute, the Boston Security Analysts Society, the Chicago Quantitative Alliance, and the Boston QWAFAFEW.

Joseph D. FitzGerald III

Joseph D. FitzGerald has worked in various capacities in the securities industry over the last 20 years and has been with FusionIQ since its inception. Having gained broad based experience at several broker dealers, working in both the high net worth, private client area, as well as institutional sales gives Joe a rare insight into the needs of both small and large investors alike. This knowledge has been instrumental in helping FusionIQ bring products to market. Mr. Fitzgerald directs all sales/client relations and support activities for the firm. Mr. FitzGerald is a member of the Norman Vincent Peale Foundation & the St. Vincent DePaul Foundation. Mr. FitzGerald earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Marist College.

Kevin P. Lane

Kevin, a staunch proponent of "Fusion Analysis", which combines multiple research disciplines into an unbiased data-driven approach to investing, founded FusionIQ in 2008 and currently serves as the company's Director of Quantitative Analytics. Kevin Lane was featured as a member of Business Week's 2002 "Analysts Who get It" A-Team for his notable stock-picking acumen. A sought after analyst, Kevin has been routinely cited over the course of his career in major media outlets such as; Bloomberg Television, Fox Business Television, CNBC, Barron's, The USA Today, and Business Week. Additionally, he has been hired as a research consultant to many of the nation's top hedge funds and trading desks. Kevin is a graduate of the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, where he earned a B.S. in Marketing.

Vincent DiPippo

Vincent DiPippo has been the principal data architect & engineer for FusionIQ and played a pivotal role in the development of the complex proprietary algorithms and processes which drive FusionIQ's data output. A well-regarded expert on numerous technology subjects, Vincent has worked with an extensive list of clients from small companies to Fortune 500 organizations and is a featured speaker on internet security issues and infrastructure-related best practices. Vincent has been working with technology for over 25 years, including Microsoft technologies since the initial release of MS-DOS. He holds and has held numerous Microsoft certifications, including MCSE for Windows NT 4, 2000, and 2003, MCITP/EA and MCSA for Windows 2008, MCAD, MCDBA (SQL 2000), and MCITP (SQL 2008) and most recently joined the very narrow field of engineers that have been certified as Microsoft Certified Masters in SQL Server 2008 (the most recent version), of which there are fewer than 100 in the US. Prior to starting FOCUS24, which was acquired by Envision in 2013, Vin worked with RESPONSE Technologies where he served as the Principal Software Engineer for The Starting Line: System for Outcomes Measurement, a medical outcomes data collection, measurement, and analysis system based on algorithms developed at the New England Medical Center. This role allowed Vin to begin working with massive data sets and analysis algorithms and techniques that formed the early basis for his long career in software artistry.
