MR. ISHA KASULE - Managing Director

Isha started his career in the technology sector, delivering data solutions to large regional corporates in Africa. He also built vast experience in the financial sector when he co-founded Moeish Consult Limited- a boutique financial and transaction advisory firm. At Moeish, he delivered over USD150m in debt and equity to banks, corporates and governments. He later collaborated with Financial Sector Deepening Trust (FSD) in developing onground strategies that fostered banks to co-operate with SMES to enhance their growth potential. Before starting at Tradeable House Africa Limited, Isha acted as the Managing Director of East Africa for Wilben Trade Limited where he setup the East Africa office and used his knowledge and relationships to market and promote Wilben's supply chain solutions in East Africa. At Tradeable House Africa Limited, Isha leads the team in provision of specialist sourcing, supply chain, trade and structured finance solutions to companies within Africa.

MS. JULIA GICHERU

Julia has over 10 years of operational experience in the banking, accounting and trade sectors having served in various capacities at her most previous employments at Chase Bank (IR) and Equity Bank. An MBA in Strategic Management and Certified Public Accountant, Julia brings to Tradeable her vast networks, risk management, service delivery, product structuring, portfolio growth as well as customer relationship management as she spearheads both the administration and operations side of Tradeable.

MS. NINA HINDS - Founder

Nina Hinds is the founder of Tradeable House Africa Limited and formed the company to tap into some of the opportunities and gaps in the African trade Story. A career IT professional, Nina has spent the last 13 years providing bespoke banking, risk management, financial control and service delivery efficiency to private, public and international institutions in the United Kingdom. At Tradeable, Nina guides the strategic vision, mission and focus of the organization. She also works closely with the team to open and maintain new supplier relationships and strategic alliances.

MS. SUSAN ABURI

Job Titles:
  • Head of Financial Relationships
A seasoned senior banker with over 20 years' experience, Susan brings to Tradeable House Africa Limited her strategic leadership, trade finance, collaboration and relationship management skills gained through her roles at Crown Agents Bank, Ecobank and Standard Chartered Bank. Before joining Tradeable, Susan set up Crown Agent's East Africa Rep Office where she increased their correspondent banking and trade finance market share to 15% with annual volumes of over USD 300m. At Tradeable, Susan assists the team in trade structuring, risk mitigation among others.
