MIDDLETON LARGE EVENT CATERING is a 2nd generation business that was started by Chef Middleton's father, Dick Middleton, who was the founding member of the Canadian Federation of Chefs de Cuisine, and started the first Culinary Institute in Canada (CIC) at the Nova Scotia Institute of Technology.
