MinBanc Foundation, Inc. is a private foundation formed in 1999 with the intent to provide increased opportunities for key employees in the minority banking community. Through our educational grant program, we support workforce development at minority-owned banks and financial institutions in many different states... Minbanc Foundation offers a unique and essential support system to banks designated as "minority-owned" by the banking regulatory agencies by providing up to $5,000 per qualifying bank per year in tuition reimbursement for high level, bank-focused training... MinBanc Foundation, Inc.'s mission is to support increased access to financial services training in the minority community. Our foundation promotes diversity in bank ownership, workforce development within the bank industry, and increased access to specialized financial services education in the nation's underserved communities.
