The Mindful Monkey Program™ was specially designed for children in Grades K-3 by a primary teacher and certified Mindfulness-Based Wellness Educator... Research shows the critical importance of instilling all of these skills and strategies in childhood. It promotes children's positive mental health, self-regulation, and emotional well-being as they grow; and helps them to thrive and achieve success both inside and outside of school... A self-regulation and mindfulness curriculum program for primary grades that uses visualization to promote positive mental health.
