Becky has over 25 years experience in catering and hospitality and enjoys the creative side of special events. A lover of all things family and friends, Becky's passion for life keeps her on the move. You can be sure that Becky can bring a brighten up your day with one of her famous stories about Alaska, or her AirBNB.
When David is not leading his team at the History Colorado Center, he can be found building furniture, spending time with his family, eating Mediterranean Tapas, or watching his favorite movie, Shawshank Redemption.
Jenna has been with History Colorado Center for 2 years. She has her Culinary Arts degree and Food Service Management degree from Johnson & Wales University. Jenna is from the Big Island of Hawaii originally, but traded in the ocean for the beautiful state of Colorado. Jenna is a diehard foodie, wine lover, loves GOT, Walking Dead, crafting, and is happiest when spending time with her husband and two stepchildren.

When Nick is not at work, he can be found hiking with his family and dog, Clementine, enjoying a new craft beer, eating street tacos, or watching his favorite movie, the Big Lebowski. Although he eats a primarily vegetable-based diet, Nick loves smoking meats and try all sorts of new concoctions.
Paulo is a Mexico native. He has been cooking for over 21 years and loves everything and anything knives! He loves finding new blades to add to the collection and can always be found with his sharpening kit! When Paulo is not at work, he loves to spend time with family discovering new restaurants, loves to go to the ballpark with his family and friends, he enjoys exercise and kombucha.
