Bob Hampton - EVP

Bob Hampton started his career in banking in 1982. Throughout Bob's banking career, he has worked in regulation, credit, and lending. Bob Hampton joined NBT in 2022 and currently serves as the Executive Vice President / Chief Credit Officer. He attended college at Tarleton State University, then transferred to Texas A&M University where he received his degree in Animal Science. Prior to NBT, Bob has 29 years as a Credit Officer for various financial institutions and spent 11 years as an examiner with the Texas Department of Banking.

Cameron Marmon - SVP

Cameron Marmon started his career in banking in 2012. Throughout Cameron's banking career, he has served as a credit underwriter, commercial lender, and bank regulator. Cameron Marmon joined NBT in 2023 and currently serves as Senior Credit and Risk Management Officer. He graduated from Texas Tech University in 2011 with a Bachelor's in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate and Investments. Cameron has 11 years of commercial banking experience, which includes 2 years as an underwriter, 4 years as a commercial lender, and 5 years as a commercial bank examiner with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. While at the Federal Reserve, Cameron successfully completed the Federal Reserve System Examiner Commissioning Program in 2021, which requires over 800 training hours and passing the Examiner Proficiency Exam.

Carissa Widner

Dennis Donley - Chairman

Dennis is a partner in the 100+-year-old law firm of Naman, Howell, Smith and Lee, PLLC. Dennis is chair of the firm's Regulatory/Infrastructure and Government Relations Sections. His practice has primarily focused on work for infrastructure projects, utilities, litigation and government relations. Dennis has successfully led multibillion dollar matters as well as represented clients and litigated cases across numerous jurisdictions. Additionally, Dennis was appointed to serve as Conventional Counsel and General Counsel for The Republican Party of Texas for a number of years while he has been at Naman Howell and is a frequent speaker on a variety of topics. Prior to joining the firm in 1998, Dennis clerked/interned for Justice James A. Baker of the Texas Supreme Court, Judge Paul Davis, 200th District Court Judge, Congressman Frank Lucas and even founded his own company, "Power Wash +". Dennis received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and his Bachelors Degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor (summa cum laude) with double majors in Political Science and History. Dennis completed both his undergraduate and law school education in just over five years.

Gary Cantrell was born and raised in Ft Worth, graduated from West Point, and served as an Army Airborne Ranger Infantry Captain in Vietnam. Later, he earned a MBA from TCU, and has been a real estate developer in Tarrant County for over 40 years. He joined the board in 1984.

George Chaggaris

George Chaggaris most recently served NBT as its Fort Worth Market Chairman and Chief Credit Officer. His 40 plus years in banking include 24 years as President, CEO and Chairman of two other Fort Worth chartered banks. Prior to entering the private sector, George began his career in banking with an appointment to FDIC's Division of Bank Supervision. George attended UTA and completed a BBA degree in Economics and is also a graduate of SMU's Southwestern Graduate School of Banking.

James W. Wilson

Misty Harris - VP

Mr. Steve Parker has been elected Chairman of the Board of Directors for NBT. Mr. Parker is a graduate of The University of Texas at Arlington and of Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at SMU. Prior to coming to NBT Mr. Parker was an Examiner with the FDIC, Vice President at Texas Independent Bank, Dallas and Executive Vice President at Lake Worth National Bank. In 1989 Mr. Parker joined First National Bank of Azle (later known as First Bank), where he was an Executive Vice President. Mr. Parker was promoted to President and CEO of First Bank in 2004 and remained in that role until 2009. Mr. Parker joined NBT in September 2010 as President of NBT's Azle location where he continued to serve until his retirement in December of 2017. Mr. Parker was elected to the board in March of 2011. He has over 40 years of banking experience.

Nate Cantrell

Nate Cantrell eagerly joined the Bank as a Director in 2014. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy. After his time as an officer in the Army, he became the Chief Operating Officer of Cantrell Development Group, Inc. The company specializes is the development of single family lots and property management. Nate formed West Point Homes in 2008. The company specializes in the construction of single family custom homes. He resides in Flower Mound, TX with his wife and three children.

Steve grew up in Tyler, Texas and later earned his BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas in 1986. During college, he played football for the Longhorns from 1982-1986. Steve earned his Juris Doctor from University of Texas School of Law in 1990. After law school, Steve went to work as an associate oil and gas attorney with the law firm of Law, Snakard & Gambill, P.C. in Fort Worth. Steve worked there until 1996 when he and his partners formed the law firm Beckham, Rector & Eargle, L.L.P. Steve is Board Certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has written and presented articles to various oil and gas professional associations. Steve and his business partner, Andy Rector, established Fort Worth Royalty Company in 1993 to acquire producing mineral and royalty interests. FWRC continues to be very active in the acquisition of minerals and royalties, participating in various drilling opportunities, and other investments. Steve and Andy established a "fee office" for Fidelity National Title in Azle, Texas in 1999. Steve recently served 2 terms as President of the Fort Worth Petroleum Club and has previously served on its Board of Directors and as Chair of its Pension & Retirement Committee. He spent numerous years on the Church Council, Strategic Planning Committee and School Board at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Fort Worth and served as President of the congregation for four years. In 2017, Steve was elected to the Board of Directors of NBT, and is Chair of the Executive/ALCO, Nominating and Enterprise Risk Management Committees, and currently serves on the Strategic Planning, Salary, Property and Director's Loan Committees. Steve was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors in 2019. Steve married his wife Cindy in 1995, and they have two children, Christian and Elizabeth. They live in Fort Worth.

Tim Southerland
